Application NC2 series AC contactor is used for longdistance making and breaking in circuit with frequency AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 00V and rated current up to 6A. The item, in combination with thermal relay, protects overload in circuit. The product conforms to IEC941, GB Working Condition and Installation 2.1 Ambient Temperature: 5 C ~ + C, average value not exceeding + 35 C within 24 hours. 2.2 Altitudes: not exceeding 00m. 2.3 Atmospheric Conditions: relative humidity not exceeding 50% at + C. The lower temperature is, the higher humidity is allowed. Maximum relative humidity 90% is allowed in damp month while the average temperature not exctmjding+ C. 2.4 Pollution Grade: Mounting Class: Ш 2.6 Mounting Condition: tilt angle not exceedingi5 2.7 Impedance and Vibration: the item shall be installed where there are no visible shake, impedance and vibration. 3. Construction 5.1 Contact system of contactor is of such construction as straight moving and double switched contact tips. The rotation type counter force mechanism together with contact system accounts for better reliability. 5.2 The aluminium alloy base is such constructed that spares many parts and greatly lower the mechanical failure possbility. 5.3 Coil,sealed through mould injection, makes contactor more reliable and resistible against damage. 5.4 The assembly of coil and magnetizing yoke can be put in and taken out directly, which account for convenience of maintenance and usage. 6 5.5 The arc blowing distance of this item is short. For example, the arc blowing distance of NC21~3 mm is one sixth of that of other type contactor with same capacity, which spare lots of space in complete set of electrical equipment. 5.6 Accessories such as auxiliary contact and air delayer can be attached in cordwood system way (See figure 2) 5.7 Mechanical interlock can be assembled either horizontally or vertically. 5.8 Integral NO contacts can function as self lock or be connected with signal lamp.
