12 New : The DVB-H approach & objectives DVB-H : New based standard since Q4/2002 to develop broadcast services (including TV) on mobile phones DVB-H = Mobile + Time Slicing + MPE-FEC : the constraints to mobility Various modes (16/64 QAM ).
