From all indications, you must have become a master at reading through Q,RN to get almost solid copy. This being our first report from your state, I am glad you gave the Wx report in such detail. Also your reciver and direction of antenna - both helped, no doubt. Hoping you have many fine DX verifications in the future. I know you justly deserve this one from our station. I donit think I will have to consult my transmitter log to be able to verify your report; I was conducting the test myself and do remember the time of our frequency measurement. Your reception of our station was better than that of the company making the reception report, and our frequency measurement, the Commercial Radio Monitoring Company of Kansas City. With a frequency of 1490 you probably realize that we are a class IV AM station with a power of only 260W. We are also in a small town of only about 3500 population.
