IREA Badger Mountain to Como Substation Antenna: IC4-1 This microwave link connects the four largest substations in Park County to the IREA network, allowing control and monitoring of the substations and resulting in reliable power delivery to the IREA customers in the area. This microwave link uses an Exalt Explore Air LR - E11F8H radio, attached to a Radio Waves Model HP411, 4 Foot diameter, Microwave dish. The radio operates on a FCC licensed 11 GHz frequency. The microwave link path is pointing from Badger Mountain to the Como Substation which an azimuth angle of 314 degrees, the path link is close to 27.2 miles long, and the antenna is mounted on the IREA antenna tower at 160 feet above ground Level (AGL). This microwave link is currently in service on the existing tower, and has been serving Park County for more than four years. Badger Mountain to Como Substation Microwave Link Path 1

IREA Badger Mountain to Gold Hill Microwave Link Antenna: IG8-1 This microwave link connects the radio site at Badger Mountain to the radio site at Gold Hill. This connects all of the IREA radio links (both Microwave and two way radio) on Badger Mountain to the IREA enterprise and SCADA network. This radio site is the major data connection for the IREA substations and the IREA two-way VHF Radio network for the western portion of the IREA service area. This microwave link use an Exalt Indoor EX-6i radios, attached to a single Andrews 6 GHz. 8 Foot diameter microwave dish. The radio operates on a FCC licensed 6 GHz frequency. The path of the microwave link is pointing from Badger Mountain to the Gold Hill with an azimuth angle of 102 degrees, the path link close to 24.5 miles long, and the antenna is mounted on the antenna tower at 140 feet AGL. There is a second microwave link on this same path, which utilizes he same antenna, but operates on a different polarization. This allows high speed, high capacity data transmission to serve the IREA enterprise network. This microwave link is currently in service on the existing tower, and has been serving Park County for more than twenty years. Badger Mountain to Gold Hill Radio Site Microwave Link Path 2

IREA Badger Mountian VHF- Two-Way Radio Nework Antennas: 180 ft. ft. The current Two-way VHF radio system has been in service for over four years, the previous Two way system was a UHF system that had additional sites to cover the same area. The UHF system had been in service for over twenty years. The VHf system is a Motorola Mototrbo VHF (152 MHz) FCC licensesd system. It uses two, 10 foot long dipole array antennas (metal poles with small hoops hoops attached to them). The Receive (RX) antenna is mounted at 180 feet AGL, and the Transmit (TX) antenna is mounted at 160 feet AGL. Due to the increased antenna height, this will allow better coverage at a lower transmit power (about 25 watts). This system is used to dispach service crews and to provide for their safe operation. It also allows the geolocation of the work crews for more rapid dispatch and for greater crew safety. Coverage map of existing IREA 2-way VHF - Radio system 3

IREA Badger Mountain to Lake George Substation Antenna: IL4-1 This microwave link will connect the Lake George Substation to the IREA network, allowing control and monitoring of the substation and resulting in more reliable power delivery to the and reduced outage time to the IREA customers in the Park and Teller county area. This microwave link uses an Exalt Explore Air LR - E11F8H radio, attached to a Radio Waves Model HP4-6, 4 Foot diameter, Microwave dish. The radio operates on a FCC licensed 6 GHz frequency. The microwave link path is pointing from Badger Mountain to the Lake George Substation at an azimuth angle of 122 degrees, the path link is close to 12.7 miles long, and the antenna is mounted on the IREA antenna tower at 180 feet AGL. This microwave link is NOT in service on the existing tower as the current tower path is obstructed by trees and nearby in tower structures. Badger to Lake George Substation Microwave Path 4

IREA Badger Mountain to Divide Substation Antenna: ID4-1 This microwave link will connect the Divide Substation to the IREA network, allowing control and monitoring of the substation and resulting in more reliable power delivery to the and reduced outage time to the IREA customers in the Park and Teller county area. This microwave link will use an Exalt Explore Air LR - E11F8H radio, attached to a Radio Waves Model HP4-6, 4 Foot diameter, Microwave dish. The radio operates on a FCC licensed 6 GHz frequency. The microwave link path is pointing from Badger Mountain to the Lake George Substation at an azimuth angle of 115 degrees, the path link is close to 20 miles long, and the antenna is mounted on the IREA antenna tower at 165 feet AGL. This microwave link is NOT in service on the existing tower as the current tower path is obstructed by trees and nearby in tower structures. Badger Mountain to Divide Substation Microwave Path 5

Teller County Two-Way Radio Network for County fleet management Antenna: 140 ft. 120 ft. Teller County fleet management uses the existing IREA tower for their dispatch and management of the county vehicle fleet. They will migrate to the new tower with two 10 foot long, fiberglass whip antennas. They operate on FCC licensed UHF frequencies and will cover most of the Teller County area from the Badger Mountain site. They will migrate from 40 foot AGL to 140 feet AGL for their Receive (RX) antenna and 120 feet AGL for their Transmit (TX) antenna. This radio network has been in operation for more than four years on our existing tower and longer at another location on the mountain top. I do not have a coverage plot of the network as it is not an IREA network, but believe it will be close in performance to the IREA VHF 2 way radio performance from the same site (displayed previously). Teller County Sheriff Office Antennas: ft. 140 ft. 120 ft. The Teller County Sheriff Office is planning on migrating to the new tower location from the adjacent State tower which is lower and in close proximity. This will allow the TCSO much better coverage across their service area, and also allow for better communication with the Colorado State Patrol and Park County Sheriff Office. This is a VHF and 800 MHz trunk radio system and will use a 10 foot dipole array Receive (RX) antenna mounted at 140 feet AGL and Transmit (TX) antenna at 120 feet AGL depending on the isolation and coverage desired. It is also expected they will use a 4 Foot microwave dish to connect from Badger Mountain to the TCSO location in Divide. We have estimated this location at 155 feet AGL, pointed at 110 degrees. This radio network has been in operation for more than ten years at another location on the mountain top. I do not have a coverage plot, path map of the network or equipment data sheets as it is not an IREA network. State of Colorado Antenna: 130 ft. The State of Colorado has several radio systems they plan to migrate over time to the IREA tower. The major ones ate the State 800 MHZ public safety radio network and their 6 GHz microwave connection to Sacramento Hill. This is currently using a 6 foot microwave dish, a FCC licensed 6 GHz frequency at 071 degrees and at 130 feet AGL. These radio network has been in operation for more than ten years at the a adjacent tower location on the mountain top I do not have a coverage plot, path map of the network or equipment data sheets as it is not an IREA network. 6

Park County Sheriff Office Antennas: ft. ft. ft. The Park County Sheriff Office has been offered the same options for use of the IREA tower as Teller County and the State of Colorado, IREA is reserving a reasonable amount of tower space a on the tower and in the colocation shelter as well for future needs of Park County public safety organizations, and reserving a dish location at 170 feet AGL for a 4 dish at 295 degrees. The expected migration would be the 800 MHZ P25 public safety system with a microwave dish to allow connection to the county offices. The expected migration would be the 800 MHZ P25 public safety system with a microwave dish to allow connection to the county offices. These are two 10 foot dipoles array antennas, Transmit (TX) antenna at 100 feet AGL and Receive (RX) antenna at 130 feet AGL. These are projected antenna locations for Park County. 7
