1 ORDNANCE NO An ordinance replacing Ordinance No. 8063, which dedicated, accepted and established certain real property owned by the City of Los Angeles, lying west of Longacre Avenue and Zeizah Avenue, north of Rinaldi Street, as a public sanitary sewer easement, but which contained an erroneous legal description. THE PEOPLE OF THE CTY OF LOS ANGELES DO ORDAN AS FOLLOWS: Section. Ordinance No is hereby repealed. Sec. 2. The City Council of the City of Los Angeles finds that the public interest, convenience and necessity require that a sanitary sewer easement over the real property described in attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B owned by the City be, and same is hereby dedicated, accepted and established as part of sanitary sewer system for said City.

2 EXHBT A TRACT NO OFFSTE SANTARY SEWER EASEMENT That portion the Rancho Ex Mission De San Fernando, recorded in Book Pages 605 and 606 of Patents, Records of Los Angeles County, being a portion of the land described as Parcel in the deed recorded March 29, 968 as nstrument No. 35, of Official Records, Records of Los Angeles County, in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on the Map recorded in Book 57, Pages 9 through 2, of Records of Survey, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, a strip of land 5.00 feet wide lying 7.50 feet on each side of the following described centerline: COMMENCNG at the southeasterly terminus of that course in the southwesterly line of Lot 46 as shown on map of Tract No filed in Book 288 Pages 44 through 52, inclusive, of Maps, Records of said County, shown on said map as having a bearing and distance of North West feet and for the purpose of this description shall bear North West; Thence northwesterly along said southwesterly line North West 5.60 feet to a point on a curve concave westerly having a radius of feet, a radial line through said point bears South East, said point being the TRUE PONT OF BEGNNNG; Thence southerly along said curve through a central angle of an arc distance of 8.22 feet; Thence non-tangent to said curve South East feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly having a radius of feet; Thence southerly along said curve through a central angle of an arc distance of feet; Thence tangent to said curve South 06 5ri8 West feet; Thence South East feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southwesterly having a radius of feet; Thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of an arc distance of feet; Thence tangent to said curve South East 04.9 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly having a radius of feet;

The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and have it published in accordance with Council policy, either in a daily newspaper circulated in the City of Los Angeles or by posting for ten days in three public places in the City of Los Angeles: one copy on the bulletin board located at the Main Street entrance to the Los Angeles City Hall; one copy on the bulletin board at the Main Street entrance to Los Angeles City Hall East; and one copy on the bulletin board located at the Temple Street entrance to the Los Angeles County Hall of Records. hereby certify that this ordinance was passed by the Council of the City of S-T (6-,.
