4 The importance of furniture lighting If there s one space in your home where getting the lighting right is absolutely critical, it has to be the heart of the home, the very centre of household life; your kitchen. Your kitchen is, by its very nature, a multi-purpose space. The modern kitchen has evolved into much more than just a work area - as well as a centre for food preparation or dining, it can also be a quiet area where you relax by yourself; a space where two people can casually talk and mull over the day s events; or it can be an anteroom that is used to support activities in an adjacent space. 43 Drivers How to select the right driver for your lights 1. All drivers in this brochure are colour coded. Refer to the product table to find the colour that is correct for your lights. 2. Each driver can run a number of lights. Simply divide the wattage of the driver by the wattage of a single light and this will tell you exactly how many lights can be run by the driver.
