4 General information Glass and panels Optional version in ESG-H Additional panes or the outside pane of insulating glass can be carried out in ESG-H instead of ESG. Only ESG panes will be changed to ESG-H. This means that a 3NK remains unchanged, with a 3A2 the set-up changes as follows. 4bESG/12Ar/4/12Ar/b4ESG 4bESG-H/12Ar/4/12Ar/b4ESG Exception to this rule is the insulating glass of the composite sash, where the additional pane, if necessary, is carried out in ESG-H. If a set-up has been changed, it is apparent in the product text and the price calculation. 6 Hardware Change-over of security classes from WK to RC (resistance class) With the exception of the UPVC lift-slide door, all products were changed over to the new burglar protection norm EN As the new norm cannot be compared exactly with the old norm, manual adjustments with calculations are necessary. 8 KF410 Decor versions home pure: DG (dark grey similar to 7016) home soft: EW (Edelweiß), OD (Oregon decor), EI (Golden oak) ambiente: EW (Edelweiß), OD (Oregon decor), EI (Golden oak) The calculation of the colour surcharge is always worked out based on the UPVC window. This ensures that the colour surcharge for the aluminium/upvc window and the UPVC window is the same. KF410 56mm glazing In the sash and in the fixed element a glazing thickness of 56mm is now available. Through this better sound insulation values can be achieved. Therefore, 4 new glass codes (3NT, 3NU, 3NV, 3NW) were created. General information Frame versions Short Exclusiv (WR) Available for systems KF410, KV440 and KF500 Ventilator milling in the frame extension (Austria, Germany) In the top frame extension ventilator milling can be selected upon request. ZR frames For systems KF410, KV440 Connection beads Narrow connection bead A narrow connection bead was set up for the 90mm systems. 11 Compensation counter In order to achieve glass clearance compensation in the fixed element, a compensation counter with 97mm at the bottom and 120mm at the top can be ordered. The piece part can be maximum 3500mm long. The compensation counter is delivered separately as oversize and needs to be adapted and fitted on site after the fixed glazed element has been installed. Anti-delay drive Depending on version the anti-delay drive is automatically fitted or is available optionally. Lift-slide door with soft-lift This concerns a return absorption in the drive which contributes to a more comfortable operation. Internorm Master Data 2013_2 11 / 13

13 Add-on elements Sun protection Raff-F / Raff-S The thickness of the rendering profile can be defined between 5 mm and 40 mm. Guiding rail With guiding rails a notch of 8x25mm or 25x23mm can be selected. Concealed roller shutters (Germany) For Germany, concealed roller shutters are available again.
