1 Tobbe's Sweater free pattern designed by Blanca Grunbaum This sweater is great for medium adult dogs. It is perfect to wear on cool days when take pups for a walk, to the park or any outdoor activities. Crafted on garter stitch, and constructed in two pieces. Detailed with ribbings, and contrasted colors. Made in wool. Your pup will love it! Sizes S (M) Finished measurements 14 (17 ) chest circumference; 12 (14 ) long. Materials Yarn: Knit Picks (Wool of the Andes Worsted (100% Superwash wool)

2 110 yards/50 gram ball; 2 (2 ½ ) balls in Almond, 1 ball in (hollyberry, Delft Hthr, and Semolina color). Or use the colors of your choice. Needles: 1 circular needle, size 7 (4.50 mm), 5 dp needles, size 7 (4.50 mm) Notions: stitch markers, waste yarn, darning needle Gauge 9 sts and 18 rows = 2" on garter stitch Abbreviations CO cast on dpn(s) double pointed needles K knit k2tog knit 2 sts together pm place marker rnd round sl slip Ssk slip, slip, knit Inc increase m1 make one stitch st(s) stitch(es) Cont continue Rep repeat s2kp slip 2 sts knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitches over To Make Back CO 33 (36) sts with almond color. Knit in garter stitch. Note: Add more inches for extra length if needed, just after the increases from back. Then, continue working in pattern from row 23 (31).

3 Size S only Row 1 22 With almond color, Inc 1 st at each end of the row every 6 th row, 4 times. Total 41 sts. Row Knit in semolina Row Knit in delft. Hthr. Row Knit in hollyberry. Pm at end of the row for beginning leg opening. Decrease row With almond color, [k2, ssk, knit to last 4 stitiches, k2tog, k2]. 3 more times every other row. (33 sts). Row Knit Increase row Cont with almond color, [k2, m1, knit to last 3 stitches, m1, k2]. 3 more times every other row. (41 sts). Row Knit Place 41 sts on waste yarn for neckline. Size M only Row 1 30 With almond color, Inc 1 st at each end of the row every 6 th row, 5 times. Total 47 sts. Row Knit in semolina Row Knit in delft. Hthr. Row Knit in hollyberry. Pm at end of the row for beginning leg opening. Decrease row With holiberry color, [k2, ssk, knit to last 4 stitiches, k2tog, k2]. 3 more times every other row. (39 sts). Row Knit with holiberry color Increase row with almond color, [k2, m1, knit to last 3 stitches, m1, k2]. 3 more times every other row. (47 sts). Row knit Place 47 sts on waste yarn for neckline. Front CO 23 (26) sts work on garter stitch.

4 Size S only Row 1 22 With almond color, knit. Pm at end of the row for beginning leg opening. Decrease row [k2, ssk, knit to last 4 stitiches, k2tog, k2]. 4 more times every other row. (13 sts) Row knit Increase row [k2, m1, knit to last 3 stitches, m1, k2] 2 more times every other row. (19 sts). Row Knit. Place 19 sts on waste yarn for neckline. Sew seams from neck, and chest. Size M only Row 1 16 With delft. Hthr. color, knit. Row with holyberry color, knit. Pm at end of the row for beginning leg opening. Decrease row Cont with hollyberry color, [k2, ssk, knit to last 4 stitiches, k2tog, k2]. 4 more times every other row. (16 sts) Row Knit Increase row [k2, m1, knit to last 3 stitches, m1, k2] Row With almond color, cont increases 3 more times every other row. (26 sts). Row Knit. Place 26 sts on waste yarn for neckline. Sew seams in neck, and chest. Ribbings Neck With 4 dpn(s) sl sts evenly held on the waste yarn, pm at beginning of row. Total 60 (72) sts. Rnd 1 Knit Rnd 2 5 *k1, p1; rep from *to end. Bind off all sts in pattern. Sleeves (optional ribbing) With three dp needles pick up sts by join yarn in gap. Pick up, and k1 st in gap, pick up, and k20 (22) sts, pick up, and k1 st in gap, pick up, and k20 (22) sts. Total 42 (46) sts

5 Rnd 1 Knit Rnd 2 5 *k1, p1; rep from *to end. Bind off all sts in pattern. Back and front boders With the circular needle or 5 dpns, pick up, pm, and k23 (26) co sts from front, pm, and pick up, and k 25 (31) sts from last sts of ridges, pick up, and k 33 (36) co sts from back, pick up, and k25 (31) sts from last sts of ridges. Total 106 (124) sts. Rnd 1 Starting at corner of front section, knit to 1 st before marker, s2kp, knit to 1 st before marker, s2kp, knit to 1 st before decrease, s2kp. Rnd 2 5 *k1, p1; rep from *to end. Cont making decreases every rnd at both corners from front. Bind off all sts in pattern.
