Fasten off. Row 110 [128]: With Block facing, working through both thicknesses, join white with sl st in end st of opposite long edge, ch 1, sc in ends of rows down long edge and working through open ch-3 sps of Blocks at corresponding rows, at end of long edge. Fasten off. Assembly Cut elastic 1/2-inch shorter than Headband, insert safety pin in end of elastic, insert safety pin through center of Headband between layers. Holding ends tog, remove safety pin, and with sewing needle and length of white thread, sew ends of elastic tog. Sew ends of Headband tog.
