2 SKILL LEVEL FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 2 3/4 wide by 70 (1.94 yd) long MATERIALS Katia Bamboo (60% bamboo, 40% cotton/ 50 g (1.75 oz)/109 yd) or [Tahki Cotton Classic (100% cotton/50 g/108 yd)]: MC: #10 [#3837] aqua - 1 ball CL: #15 [#3723] lime - 1 ball CP: #13 [#3449] pink - 1 ball CROCHET HOOK D-3/3.25MM crochet hook GAUGE Flower Motif = 2 1/2 from point to point Gauge is not critical for this design. Such a sweet and feminine accessory for a Lady of any age. Stitched in silky, bamboo-blend yarn, this Crocheted Scarf Headband can be made in couple hours for a quick, one-of-a-kind accessory and would look stunning in any color combination. 3 FLOWER MOTIFS NOTE: See Scarf Diagram, p st Flower Motif Rnd 1(RS): With CP, magic ring, [ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, (3 dc, ch 2) 4 times] in ring, join with sl st to top of beg ch-3 = 5 (3 dc, ch 2) groups. Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in 1 st dc, 2 dc in each of next 2 dc, ch 3, sl st in next ch-2 sp, ch 3, [2 dc in each of next 3 dc, ch 3, sl st in next ch-2 sp, ch 3] 4 times, join with sl st to top of beg ch-3. DO NOT fasten off. Next Flower Motif Rnd 1(RS): Ch 6, changing to MC (CL, CP), dc in 4 th ch from hook (ring made), fasten off CP (MC, CL); keeping (hiding) yarn end of previous color along ring, [ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, (3 dc, ch 2) 4 times] in ring, join with sl st to top of beg ch-3 = 5 (3 dc, ch 2) groups. TIP: To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over; drop old color, pick up new color, yo and draw through all loops on hook to complete stitch. ch-3, turn.
