How to embroider a corner Embroider the lenght of endless designs you need. Embroider the corner top to bottom with the previous design. Turn the fabric to the right 90 and connect the endless border top to left side of the corner. Preparing the machine for couching. Thread the machine with thread that matches the yarn. 2. Attach the proper yarn guides for your machine to the notches under the handle on the rear side of the machine (see fig. ).. Pull out as much yarn as you need from the ball of yarn and place it as shown in fig Place the feeds in the yarn guides (see fig. 2). It is very imortant that the yarn runs easily while you are sewing. You might need to guide the yarn through the yarn guides to make sure that it does not get twisted. 5. Choose Yarn Couching Foot or 2, depending on the size of the yarn. Yarn Couching Foot is suitable for most yarn sizes. 6. Thread the yarn from above through the hole in the foot using the yarn threader (see fig. ). We recommend using yarn with even thickness. For best result the yarn should fill the hole in the foot and still run easily through it. 7. Snap on the foot to the machine (see fig. 4). Embroidering the Design. Prepare the machine for couching as described above. 2. Prepare the machine for embroidery.. Choose a HUSQVARNA VIKING Yarn Couching embroidery design. 4. Set the machine to a low speed. 5. Hold the yarn end and start embroidering. 6. When the embroidery is completed you can either cut the yarn ends, or thread them on a darning needle and pull them to the back of the fabric. 6 How to embroider a Yarn poncho. Supplies Yarn Couching Feet Set Inspira Aqua Magic "x25" yards "x25" yards Embroidery collection #252 Yarn Art Yarn Matching thread Ribbon Embroider 24 pieces of design # and 8 pieces of design #2 on heavy weight water soluble stabilizer. Wash away all stabilizer in luke warm water. Stretch the stitched out designs into correct sizes and sew the parts together by hand, as shown in the picture. Run a ribbon through the loops in the opening in the middle of the poncho. TIP! You can also embroider a border with corners all around your poncho. ENJOY!
