1 How to Register for Early Learning Coalition (ELC) Trainings: Step 1: Go to to view available trainings. Step 2: Click on the link of the training you would like to attend. 3 Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the Training registration page. **Please Note** If you have never registered for one of our trainings, you will need to create a user login. Do so only if you have not previously created one. To create a user login, click on Create Login then proceed to Step 5 and then directly to Step 8.. Training Cancellation: Should training be cancelled by the Early Learning Coalition, participants will be contacted and registration and CEU fees (if applicable) will be refunded. Training Check In: Check-in begins thirty (30) minutes prior to the training. Trainings will begin and end on time. There will be no admittance to the training 10 minutes past the start time. Come prepared with paper and pens/pencils for notetaking. Limited Seating In compliance with fire and safety regulations, registrations cannot exceed room capacity. Most trainings have limited seating and quickly reaches capacity.
