3 1 - Start This progress bar will be at the top of every page in the booking process showing you how many more pages you need to complete. If you are a member of IATEFL, you need to make sure you log in when you start your booking and any time you return to continue or view your previously started booking. If you have not yet started a booking for Liverpool 2019 select Start new booking. If you have already started a booking and want to continue, make a change or view your booking, select Continue previously started booking. Click Next to move onto Step 2 - Delegate.

5 2 - Delegate If you type your information in CAPITAL LETTERS someone has to manually adjust your delegate record. Help us out and only use sentence case. Thank you. This means your place of work, not your job title. If you enter your job title, we will remove it. Do not include your postcode, city, state/county or country in this box. Otherwise the information will be repeated when included on your invitation letter and/or invoice (if you request either). Please choose up to three that best describe your CURRENT work.

7 2 - Delegate If you are not applying for a visa, you do not need an invitation letter. All invitation letters are ed out, we do not automatically send hard copy invitation letters to anyone. They are sent out manually so it can take up to a week for your invitation letter to arrive in your inbox. Please choose up to three that best describe your CURRENT work. When you have completed everything in this section, click Next. If you have missed anything important you will be prompted to go back and complete it before moving on to the next section. Sometimes our sponsors have messages they would like to be sent to our delegates. When this happens, IATEFL will check the message and will send it on their behalf. We will never give your personal details (including your name and address) to a third party sponsor.

9 3 - Booking You will receive an with your booking code. Please keep it somewhere safe so you can quote it in all communications with IATEFL regarding your booking. Please select your delegate type. If you would like to submit a speaker proposal you must do so before 4pm (UK time) Thursday 13th September After this time you will not be able to select Speaker or Joint presenter. If you logged in as a member at the start of your booking, the member rates will automatically appear here. If you forgot to sign in with your membership, please contact conference@iatefl. org before proceeding so you can take advantage of the discount.

If you selected non-speaker you will then be taken to Submit. If you selected a speaker option you will then be taken to the speaker proposal form. Once you click Submit you will have a finished delegate record. You will receive an confirming this. If your doesn t arrive, first check your junk mail and then conference@iatefl.org.

16 Payment

17 Payment As well as a booking code, you now also have an order number. Please use your order number when contacting IATEFL regarding making payment for your booking. You can choose to pay online straight away or to wait and pay at a later time. If you want to pay at a later time, click on the options here to see what you need to do and then you can close your browser window. If you are a non-speaker, it is also possible to pay onsite when you arrive at the conference venue. If you plan to do this, please let IATEFL know.
