It is one of the world s largest Naval Aviation Museum with 350,000 square feet of exhibit space indoors and 37 acres outdoors. The National Naval Aviation Museum brings the science of flight to life with the Program. This is achieved by incorporating educational hands -on exhibits, Giant Screen Theater films, simulator rides and resources that are provided for all Pre-K through 12 th grade groups. These educational tools are designed to assist educators, parents and group leaders in maximizing the Museum s educational resources in history, science, technology and mathematics. In addition to serving the public, private and homeschool students, we encourage participation by Boy Scouts, church groups, YMCA, JROTC, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, etc. in taking the adventure.

3 How to Make a Reservation To make your reservation, please contact Diane Bell at on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You may also inquiries to: dbell@navalaviationmuseum.org. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before show time. Giant Screen films cannot be delayed for any reason and late entries are not permitted for safety reasons. For every ten students one chaperone is required and must remain with their children at all times. Chaperones and teachers will receive free admission to the attractions they are attending with their students. Any additional adults, over the required amount of chaperones attending the movie will pay the school rate for those attractions. Minimum number of students do not apply Home School educational groups.

4 Motion -Based Simulator The new and improved HD Motion-Based Simulator is a fiveminute, multi-sensory experience that combines a movie-like audiovisual presentation using a high-definition projection screen and surround-sound, with the motion of the ride compartment. The fully enclosed simulator capsule, which accommodates up to 15 passengers, can move in six directions, allowing you to experience horizontal rolls, longitudinal pitches and vertical climbs. There are two different rides you may choose from in this flight simulator. In the Blue Angels Simulation, riders experience flight in a Navy F/A-18 Hornet, including high-performance turns and maneuvers. Or you can take off from an aircraft carrier and do battle in the Iraqi desert in the Desert Storm Simulation. Prices: $4.50 per student without film and $4.00 with film. MAXFLIGHT Simulators Ready for takeoff! We have two state-of-the-art MaxFlight Simulators; under your control, these high definition simulators are capable of airto-air combat and stunt flying. Combined with patented, fully interactive 360º pitch and roll technology, kids and adults are sure to agree that MaxFlight is one of the world s most exciting indoor attractions! These patented state of the art 360⁰ simulators offer 2D and 3D flight experiences under the passenger s control. Kids and adults have agreed that this is one of the most exciting ways to learn about aviation. Price: $20.00 for two people 4D Blue Angel Theater The newest exhibit located in Hangar Bay One, gives groups the opportunity to experience exciting action-packed aerial maneuvers with the Blue Angels not only in 3D, but also with simulated movements such as: tilt, longitudinal pitch, vertical climb, and wind. Price: $6.00 without film $5.00 with film.

5 Payments Payment for the entire group must be made with cash, single check, or credit card (Visa or Master card). Purchase Orders cannot be accepted unless they have been pre-approved by the Director of the Visitor Attraction Operations. Make checks payable to Foundation Museum Support Company (FMSC). Due to last- minute changes in group sizes, pre-payments are discouraged. Lunches No food or drink is permitted in the Museum. There are limited tables available in the designated Picnic Area located across from the Cubi Bar Café under the oak trees and Hangar Bay One for students to enjoy their lunch. Tables are first- come first- served. Please clean up after eating by utilizing trash cans in the designated area.

6 Field Trip Policies 1. Buses should use Blue Angel highway to enter the west gate of Naval Air Station Pensacola. Everyone 16 yrs. and older must have a photo ID for security. 2. Upon arrival, Visitor Attraction staff will meet you. Buses then should load and unload passengers at the side entrance of the Museum on the sidewalk. The designated bus parking area will be directed to the bus driver. 3. Students must be supervised at all times by an adult chaperone. One adult per 10 students is required. 4. Due to other tours and official ceremonies taking place in the Museum, groups are asked to keep volume at a minimum using their indoor voices. 5. No running. 6. No backpacks, food, gum, candy or drinks are allowed in the Museum. 7. Lunch must be eaten in the outdoor facilities. 8. School groups should be ready to enter the Giant Screen Theater 20 minutes prior to show time. 9. Only one group of (10 students) is allowed in the Flight Deck Store at a time, and must have a chaperone with them. 10. The elevators are for those in need of them. Please use stairs and do not let students play in the elevators.
