2 2 Heatex Identification System Heatex is a computerized system for the identification of wires, cables, tubes and equipment that offers a superb combination of clarity and durability. The markers are nicely organized on a backing liner, which makes it easy to find the marker you need and to pick it up fast. The liner itself is thermal sensitive and provides the comfortable option of printing mounting instructions next to the marker. In many cases, this can save you time and the trouble of carrying blue prints into the work-shop. You simply state on the liner where the marker should go. Each type of marker can be printed by thermal transfer printer, using the excellent CAB range of thermal transfer printers or alternative printers - and carefully selected TEXIT ribbons. Please see page 19 for selecting the right product/ribbon combination. Most of our products are standard offered in a variety of colours. If you need sizes or colours beyond our standard programme, please feel free to inquire with us. For use with computers operating Windows versions 2000, XP and 98SE, you can choose the TEXIT 5.0 Label Software to edit and print Heatex markers. The software also allows marker files to be easily imported from most popular spreadsheets and databases, and you can use it with any label stock you may wish. In short, the Heatex identification system is the best choice for fast and convenient marker production.
