1 KEYNOTE SPEAKER YDH Tan Sri Dato' Sri Khalid b Abu Bakar Inspector General police YDH Tan Sri Dato' Sri Kalid bin Abu Bakar, who was born in Seremban on September 5, 1957, is married to Puan Sri Datin Sri Imran Ibrahim. The couple has four children. He joined the police force when he attended training as police inspector at the Police Training Centre on December 5, He was head of the Kedah Anti-narcotic Department in 1997 and six years later, was the Pahang Police Management Department head before being appointed as Kuantan District Police Chief. In 2005, he was appointed Negri Sembilan police chief and then as Bukit Aman CID Deputy Director YDH Tan Sri Dato' Sri Kalid bin Abu Bakar served as Selangor police chief with the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police in June 2007 before becoming Internal Security and Public Order Director (KDN/KA) on October 13, He then was named as the Deputy Inspector General of Police in April 15, On May 18, 2013 he was promoted and names as the Inspector General Police of Malaysia.

He was appointed to the Board as Director of Metrod on 30 September He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1987 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also an Alumnus of the Wharton Business School. He started his career in 1984 with S R Batliboi and Co. (now Ernst & Young) in India. He moved to VXL India Ltd. in 1990 as Assistant Vice President Finance and held responsibilities in finance, supply chain management and management functions. He joined HDC Ltd. in 1993 in finance and then was designated as Assistant Vice President Marketing. He joined Metrod in 1995 and currently holds a position of CEO & President. He has since held several responsibilities in Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology and Supply chain management besides Finance. He also leads Merger & Acquisition function. He is also the Chief Financial Officer for the Metrod Group of Companies.

Sundramoorthy is an associate professor of criminology and has been working as a faculty member in the School of Social Sciences at University Sains Malaysia since June Recently, he was appointed to the Board of Assessors as an expert in the area of Criminology by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). In 2010, he (as the principle investigator) and his co-researchers successfully completed a comprehensive consultation project on The Root Causes of Crime in Malaysia which was funded by the Ministry of Finance for the Government of Malaysia. Since 2008, he is the principal investigator for two research projects on Public Perception on Crime Survey and Public Perception on Policing Survey. Currently, he is the principal investigator for a study on Public Perception of Safety which is fully funded by PEMANDU NKRA Crime. In 2003, Sundramoorthy was invited as a Visiting Professor to University of Utah (USA), where he taught a course in Comparative Criminal Justice of United States of America and Malaysia. In 2002, he was invited as a Visiting Professor to Chubu University in Nagoya, Japan. Since 1997, Sundramoorthy has been serving as executive member on the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (Penang). In October 2010, the Prime Minister of Malaysia appointed Sundramoorthy as an executive member of the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (Federal).

SC Psychology) A 6 th Degree Black Belt Holder Born on November 14 th 1970 in Kuala Lumpur, Master Saiful Hamiruzzaman bin Mohd Hazir is presently the Chief Instructor for Kickstart Academy and the Malaysia Martial Art Association (MMAA) and a 6 th Degree Black Belt holder. He was the Technical Coordinator for Asia Pacific Region for the World Martial Art Federation (WMAF) and the promoted to Senior Technical Coordinator. Recently entrusted with the responsibility as a Test Instructor for World Martial Art Federation, Master Saiful holds a prestige post rarely held by a Malaysian. End of year 2007, he became a member of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF). He started his involvement in various martial art activities since the early age of six years. Currently as a personal safety consultant to The Green Hornet and KickStart International, his main responsibility is to advise and educate the public on how to live safely.
