His last position with the Marine Corps was president of the Marine Corps War College in Quantico, Virginia. He has commanded infantry organizations as a Lieutenant, Captain, and Lieutenant Colonel, and he participated in combat operations in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm. Additionally, Mr. Turner was assistant professor of naval science at the University of Nebraska for three years, served as a NATO staff officer in Belgium, and was a Federal Executive Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Turner serves as a commissioner of the Port of Umatilla. In addition, he is a member of the Pendleton Rotary Club, Round-up City Development Corporation, and the Pendleton Convention Center Commission. Mr. Turner is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College. Mrs. Reser has held this position since April 2010, when her husband, company board chair Al Reser, passed away. She previously served as corporate secretary for 13 years. Mrs. Reser is a retired employee of the Beaverton School District. Mrs. Reser is one of three co-chairs of Oregon State University s Capital Campaign Steering Committee. She is serving her third term as an OSU Foundation Trustee. In 2010, she accepted the invitation to serve on the Trustee Executive Committee as an at-large member and serves on the Committee on Trustees. Mrs. Reser and her late husband, Al Reser, were honored with the Martin Chaves Lifetime Achievement Award from the OSU Athletics Department in In 2003, Mr. and Mrs. Reser were the recipients of the President s Club Most Honored Member Award. Mrs. Reser is a member of the Washington County Historical Museum Board of Stewards and the Medical Teams International board and serves as secretary of the Beaverton Arts Foundation board. She and Mr. Reser received the City of Hope Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009 and the Vollum Award for Lifetime Philanthropic Achievement from the Association of Fundraising Professionals in Mrs. Reser received her B.S. in elementary education from OSU in 1960 and her M.S. degree in special education from Portland State University in Mr. Reser graduated from OSU in 1960 with a B.S. in business and technology. From 1987 to 2005, he served in several positions at Nike, Inc., including general counsel and global director of public affairs. Prior to his career with Nike, Mr. Kelly had a private law practice in Portland from 1977 to 1987 and served as the executive director of the Multnomah County Legal Aid Service from 1973 to Mr. Kelly is currently serving on the Oregon School Funding Defense Foundation board, Legal Aid Services of Oregon and Oregon Law Center board, the American Arbitration Association s national and international rosters of commercial arbitrator s panel, Concordia University Foundation board, and the Campaign for Equal Justice advisory committee. Mr. Kelly is a former member of the Chalkboard Project, School Funding and Budget Accountability Group, Oregon Business Association board, University of Oregon School of Law Dean s Council, Oregon Business Council, and the Portland Business Alliance. He served as executive vice president of Power, Chemicals and Technology for ChevronTexaco Corp. from 2001 until his retirement in Mr. Callahan was president of Chevron Chemical Company from 1999 until 2001 and senior vice president from 1991 until Prior to that, he served as president of Chevron Oil Bahamas Limited, general manager of Marketing Operations, and president of Warren Petroleum Company. Mr. Callahan is an Honorary Trustee and former chair of the OSU Foundation Board of Trustees. He served three terms as a Trustee between 1996 and 2011 and was a member of the Executive Committee, Committee on Trustees, Compensation Committee, and as Trustee liaison on the Harvey Ranch Corporate Board. Mr. Callahan is chair of OSU s Executive Commercial Advisory Committee; serves on the College of Engineering Advisory Board; and has been a member of the College of Engineering s Chemical, Biological, & Environmental Engineering Advisory Board since Mr. Callahan was elected to the College of Engineering's Academy of Distinguished Engineers in 1999 and named to the Oregon Stater Engineering Hall of Fame in He received the Dan Poling Service Award in Mr. Callahan is former director of the Oklahoma Nature Conservancy and former board member of United Way. Mr. Callahan earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from Oregon State University in He did post-graduate studies at Stanford University and at the University of California, Berkeley. In this position, she served as the university s senior administrative officer for Alumni Relations, Development, Communications, Marketing, and Community and Government Relations. She was also the executive liaison to the OSU Alumni Association and the OSU Foundation and served as interim president of the OSU Foundation from 2002 to She came to OSU in 1998 from the University of New Mexico, where she was vice president of Student Affairs and Institutional Advancement. Prior to that, she was dean of students and vice president of Student Affairs at Portland State University. Dr. Zúñiga Forbes has served as a trustee for the Meyer Memorial Trust since She is also serving on the boards of the Chalkboard Project and the University of New Mexico Foundation. In addition, Dr. Zúñiga Forbes has served on the boards of many community organizations, including the Albuquerque and Portland Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, Providence Health and Services System, National Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation, and the Spanish Colonial Arts Society. In 2009, the University of New Mexico s Alumni Association honored her with the Bernard S. Rodey Award for her contributions as an alumna. Among other awards, in 1991 she received the MANA de Albuquerque, Brindis a la Mujer Hispana Award and the NAACP Martin Luther King Jr. Award. She has been featured on Spanish language station KUNP Univision Portland as a role model of what one can achieve through dedication and hard work. Dr. Zúñiga Forbes earned a B.S. in nursing from the University of New Mexico in She went on to receive her M.S. in nursing from Oregon Health and Science University in 1966; an M.P.H. in health administration and planning from University of California, Berkeley in 1972; and a Ph.D. in educational policy and management from the University of Oregon in Dr. Zúñiga Forbes was married to the late Richard Bryan Forbes, Ph.D., former department head of biology at Portland State University, and has two children. 6 P a g e

His current, and fourth, term expires December 31, Mr. Josi served as District 2 State Representative from 1991 to Until 2010 and for 25 years, he owned and operated Mountain View Landscaping in Bay City, Oregon. Mr. Josi serves on the board of the National Association of Counties and is running for Second Vice President. In May 2011, he traveled to Washington, D.C., as part of a delegation from the National Association of Counties, meeting with President Barack Obama and top Administration officials. Mr. Josi is an eight-year member of Oregon s Land Conservation and Development Commission and has served as chair of the Council of Forest Trust Lands Counties for 12 years. He is a member and treasurer of the Oregon Coastal Zone Management Association and former co-chair of Cape Falcon Marine Reserve Community Team, which successfully had three marine reserve sites ratified by the Oregon Legislature. Mr. Josi is also a member of the National Forest Counties and Schools Coalition Executive Committee. Mr. Josi earned his B.A. in physical education from Oregon State University in He associates, however, with studies in recreation management. Mr. Josi and his late wife, Cary Josi, have two children. One of his six siblings and his father-inlaw are also graduates of OSU. Mr. Josi states on his website, My background is an integral part of who I am as a public servant. I was raised on a dairy farm where I learned the value of hard work. I graduated from Oregon State University and shortly thereafter started my own small business as a landscape contractor. I ran my business for nearly 25 years and managed employees. I utilized my training at OSU to design, bid and contract projects that ranged from private homes to public schools. With orchards in California, Oregon, and Washington, the company is a leading producer of pears. Naumes Inc. also produces several varieties of apples, along with cherries and such specialty fruit as Asian pears and persimmons. The family-owned company was established in 1946, though the Naumes family began growing apples in Oregon in the early 1900s. Within Naumes Inc. is Naumes Properties LLC, a holding company with properties in Oregon, California, Washington, and Idaho. Mrs. Naumes husband, Michael Mike Naumes, is the company s president and chief executive officer. Mrs. Naumes serves on several industry-related boards, and prior to its merger with Washington Federal, Inc., was a director of the South Valley Bancorp board. She is a former member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Advisory Council. Mrs. Naumes began her first term as Trustee on the OSU Foundation board in 2012 and is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Investment Committee. She has been a member of the Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center (SOREC) Endowment Steering Committee since Mrs. Naumes and her husband are members of the College of Agricultural Sciences Campaign Cabinet. Mrs. Naumes serves on the boards of the Joe & Frances Naumes Family Foundation and the Rogue Valley Family YMCA. Previous affiliations include past president of Rogue Valley Marketing Association and service with the St. Mary s School Board of Trustees and the Asante Foundation. Amethyst Court Portland, OR Home phone: (503) Ms. Borkar is corporate vice president and general manager of the Intel Architecture Development Group for Intel Corporation. In this role, she leads numerous global engineering teams that are responsible for the development of the full range of processors for server, client, and handheld devices. Ms. Borkar has been with Intel since 1988 and has held numerous technical and senior management positions in microprocessor design and development. She led the development and delivery of multiple generations of the Intel s processors and their proliferations. Ms. Borkar earned the Intel Achievement Award in Ms. Borkar was honored with the Corporate Fellow Award in 2004 at the Linkage Women in Leadership Conference. She is active in the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology. Ms. Borkar earned her master s degree in physics from the University of Mumbai, India, in She went on to earn her M.S. in physics and electrical engineering at Oregon Graduate Institute. She serves on the College of Business Accounting Circle and was a member of the Dean s Circle of Excellence, as well as the College of Forestry Resource Lab Advisory Committee. Mrs. Bedient earned several awards from OSU s College of Business: the Hall of Fame Award in 2011, Top Ten Alumni in 2008, and Distinguished Business Professional in Mrs. Bedient is treasurer and director of the Overlake Hospital Medical Center Board of Trustees and serves on the board of the World Forestry Center. She has previously served on the boards of a variety of civic organizations, including the University of Washington Foster School of Business advisory board, City Club of Portland, St. Mary's Academy of Portland, and the Chamber of Commerce in Boise, Idaho. Campus Street Pullman, WA Dr. Floyd was named president of Washington State University (WSU) in December 2006, taking office as the 10 th president in May WSU is classified among the nation s 96 leading public and private universities with high research activity by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. Before coming to WSU, Dr. Floyd was president of the University of Missouri from 2003 to 2007 and president of Western Michigan University from 1998 to While at Western Michigan University, Dr. Floyd was also a tenured faculty member in the Department of Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology as well as the Department of Teaching, Learning and Leadership. He served as chief administrative and operating officer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1995 to 1998, where he was the senior official responsible for business and finance; human resources; auxiliary enterprises; student affairs; information technology; university advancement and development; and enrollment management. From 1993 to 1995, Dr. Floyd was director of the Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board, the agency responsible for statewide planning, policy analysis, and student financial aid programs for Washington s post-secondary education system. Prior to that, Dr. Floyd served as vice president for Student Services, vice president for Administration, and executive vice president at Eastern Washington University from 1990 to Dr. Floyd began his career at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he held several executive positions, including deanships in the Division of Student Affairs and the College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Floyd was named a 2009 American Association for the Advancement of Science Fellow. He is also the recipient of the 2005 Communicator of the Year Award given by the Mid-Missouri Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. In addition, Dr. Floyd was honored with the 2004 James C. Kirkpatrick Award given by the Northwest Missouri Press Association for his public service. Ms. Atkins previously worked for a public accounting firm and was recruited to work for a startup company that took her to Montana and Boise, Idaho. Ms. Atkins is one of four children raised on the family farm in the Treasure Valley area north of Ontario, Oregon. Ms. Atkins was elected to the OSU Foundation Board of Trustees in She served on the OSU Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2003 to 2013, and as president from 2010 to While on the OSU Alumni Association Board, Ms. Atkins served as liaison to the OSUF Board of Trustees from 2011 to In this capacity, she served on the OSUF Executive, Audit, and External Relations Committees. Ms. Atkins is a long-time supporter of the university through philanthropy and donated volunteer time. When Ms. Atkins and her husband, Gary Atkins, made a gift supporting scholarships, she said that her parents had placed a high priority on college by funding her education. Ms. Atkins felt fortunate to provide the same opportunity to others. He joined PCC in 2004 and, during his tenure there, led the passage of a $374 million capital bond measure, doubled the degrees and certificates awarded, and posted a 45 percent increase in enrollment. Dr. Pulliams served on the State Board of Higher Education from 2007 to Prior to his role at PCC, Dr. Pulliams served as vice chancellor for community colleges for the State University of New York. He served as president of Orange County Community College in Middletown, New York, from 1997 to From 1993 to 1997, Dr. Pulliams was president of the Highland Lakes Campus of the Oakland Community College District in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He served as vice president for student affairs at the Community College of Philadelphia from 1985 to 1993, and he was dean of student services and a counselor at Muskegon Community College from 1972 to Dr. Pulliams has taught at the graduate and undergraduate level and taught civics, psychology, and geography at a junior high. He has done extensive research and writing on student achievement, minority student success, counseling at the community college level, and establishing effective working relationships between boards and college presidents. Dr. Pulliams was honored in 2012 with the Spirit of Portland Mayor s Award. Dr. Pulliams is planning to form a consulting firm, which will assist community colleges nationwide in finding presidents. Dr. Pulliams earned his A.S. in science from Muskegon Community College, his B.S. in social science from Michigan State University, his M.A. in counseling and personnel from Western Michigan University, and his Ed.D. in educational administration from the University of Michigan. Mr. Morgan is co-founder of the Coalition for Dwarf Advocacy, where he continues to serve on the board. He is involved in causes associated with dwarfism because his daughter has Achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism. He joined the company in 1965 and worked there his entire career until he retired in While with Kiewit, Mr. Kearney held the positions of president of Kiewit Construction and Gulf Marine Fabricators, division manager of operations in eastern Canada, Midwest Building and Aker Gulf Marine Fabricators, vice president of Kiewit Construction Group, and vice president and president of Kiewit Western Division. He was a member of the company s board of directors from 1987 to Mr. Kearney began his career in the military, serving for two years after college. Mr. Kearney is a member of the OSU-Cascades Campus Circle of Excellence and was recently invited to serve on the OSU-Cascades Campus Expansion Advisory Committee. He served on the College of Engineering Technology Campaign Cabinet from 2004 to Mr. Kearney and his wife, Connie Kearney, received the Alumni Association s E. B. Mr. Kearney and his wife, Connie Kearney, were named the 2011 Philanthropists of the Year by the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington. B. Lemon Distinguished Alumni Award in Mr. McDougall was elected in May 2012 to the Oregon Community Foundation Board. He had previously served for six years as treasurer of U.S. Endowment for Forestry & Communities, Inc., and in 2012 completed his service as one of its original board members. Mr. McDougall is former president of the Oregon Symphony and has also served on the boards of Legacy Health System, Portland Art Museum, CASA of Multnomah and Washington Counties, The Nature Conservancy, Volunteers of America Oregon, Inc., the Tournament Golf Foundation, and the Portland Chapter of the Financial Executives Institute. His career spanned 34 years, which began in 1975 as a partnership with his father. Prior to that, Dr. McCoy taught economics at Williams College in Massachusetts. Dr. McCoy served on the Oregon Wheat Commission from 2008 to 2012 and has been an active member of the Oregon Wheat Growers League, serving as president in Dr. McCoy was appointed to the American Farm Bureau Federation s Federal Deficit Task Force in 2008 and served on the Oregon Governor s Council for Economic Advisors from 1991 to He has also been involved with the Oregon Farm Bureau, serving as Sherman County president in 1998 and as a member of the tax advisory committee. Dr. McCoy was a member of the grain cooperative board of directors for 11 years and on the high school board of directors for four years in Sherman County. He received the Sherman County Soil and Water Conservation District s Cooperator of the Year Award in 1995 and Dr. McCoy served on the Oregon State University College of Agricultural Sciences Stakeholder Committee from 2004 to Dr. McCoy received his A.B. from Harvard in 1965 and went on to earn a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford. In 2007, Dr. Ray received the OSU Academy of Distinguished Engineers Award. Dr. Ray serves on the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic of the Cascades Board and is former chair. He has also been involved with the Mount Bachelor Sports Education Foundation executive committee, Central Oregon Family Resource Center, Rim Rock Riders (a private non-profit corporation and horse club), and the Bend Metro Parks and Recreation District Foundation. He was formerly involved with the Deschutes County Human Services Advisory Board. Dr. Ray serves on the Montana State University Engineering Advisory Council and was a member of the University of Colorado Chemical Engineering Department Advisory Board. Dr. Ray graduated from Oregon State University where he earned a B.S. in chemical engineering in He went on to the University of Colorado where he earned a M.S. in 1981 and a Ph.D. in Dr. Ray is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and Oregon.
