Russ works with best-selling author and popular talk radio show host Dave Ramsey and is the lead financial counselor at Financial Peace University. Member Eligibility Requirements: 1. Eligibility is for any company that is an active, participating member in good standing of the Mid South Sign Association as described below: Providing Quality Letters, Logos & Plaques to the Sign Industry Since 1964 a. A member company must have been a member of MSSA during the calendar year prior to making scholarship application. b. A representative of the MSSA member company must have attended a minimum of one MSSA meeting during the calendar year prior to making scholarship application. c. Additional branches or company locations are considered separate companies that require separate MSSA membership and must meet participation requirements as described above in line a and line b.
