He organised projects within the operations division in Italy and abroad for leading companies such as Hutchinson, Iveco, Barilla, Tetrapak, Astra Iveco, the Corghi Group and Cocif, building up a solid experience in change management within important projects and industrial restructuring. Fabio has a strong background in operations issues, production and processes engineering and in the supply chain, from purchasing to distribution. He was in charge of PD department at Cantiere del Pardo, he was leading of the Engineering department at Technogym and has participated in several projects of industrial turnaround and production relocation abroad. Fabio has worked in the retail sector taking part in projects of management handling and outsourcing of distribution platforms of the Sigma group. Fabio has a degree in Industrial and Business Engineering from the University of Bologna. 10

He has a strong background as controller auditor in Cost and Management Accounting, in Financial Statements, Companies Evaluation and Legal Examination. Sergio is an expert in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy procedures with the role of trustee in bankruptcy for the Court of Bologna. He is advisor in Consulenze Tecniche d Ufficio (C.T.U.) and Consulenze Tecniche di Parte (C.T.P.). Sergio is holder of a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna, and he is a CFA. 11

He developed several projects concerning planning and control systems to support trade and production strategies. Previously Alfredo worked in GIMS Italia, company wich operates in wood and home furnishing sectors were he also has been responsible for quality warranty for five years. Alfredo is specialized in management control and industrial accounting. Alfredo has a degree in Business Management from the University of Bologna. Alfredo joined Orienta in Francesca was an administrative officer in a services company based in Rimini. Previously she worked as an administration and fiscal consultant firm in Rimini where she worked closely with the firm's owners, working with them mainly in positions of boards autorities and legal audit at medium-sized companies. Francesca has previously developed a 'five-year experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Spa, audit firms and accounting organization, in which she covered a senior role with assignments in large companies, including listed companies, above all in the engineering industry. Here she learned to work with deadlines and organize the resources she had. 12
