2 Helloooooo, As you can see, I'm so excited that you made it into The Online Business Incubator. Thank you for saying YES to yourself, and a bigger thank you for allowing me to be a part of your success story. We are officially in a happy relationship now. To make sure you get the best experience in the Online Business Incubator, please read this starter pack to the end. I don't want us to get into a "it's complicated" relationship.

3 DON'T GET OVERWHELMED (and start crying, "Oh my God, I can't do this") When you get access into The Online Business Incubator, you are going to feel overwhelmed because it will look like there are so many trainings and you have to finish every single one of them. Pace yourself. Just scroll through all the trainings and pick the one that is a priority for you. Don't try to watch everything at once...you will get overwhelmed.

4 START WITH WHAT YOU NEED The trainings in The Online Business Incubator are arranged in no particular order because people are joining with different levels of skillset. Just go for what you need at the level you are in. All the trainings will be hosted in Steph B- School, and you will get your own unique username and password to access it.

5 ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT I'm constantly developing content to add into The Online Business Incubator. If there is a particular training you would like to see, please tell me about it so that I can include it in my content creation calendar. Please note that I will not be teaching about how to create, launch and sell online courses in The Online Business Incubator. I have a signature course for that titled, "Course, Launched, Delivered"

6 ASK FOR HELP HELP OTHERS TOO I've created a Facebook Community to provide some additional support as you go through The Online Business Incubator. The purpose of this Facebook Group is to help you build relationships with the other people in The Online Business Incubator. You can ask questions there, and hopefully, someone will respond to you. You can also help other people in the community too. Hint: This is a powerful way to establish yourself as an authority in your field. PS: This is a love zone. Don't do anything that might upset another person in the group.

7 MONTHLY CHALLENGES We will have monthly visibility challenges to help you put yourself out there. I know it's scary, but trust me...you will not be swallowed up by a whale. Many of the people who have done some of the challenges I will be sharing with you have told me about how it helped them to build their confidence. I will be very active in the Facebook Group during the challenges, please plan to participate. The monthly challenges disappear after we've run them. If you are not in the Facebook Group when we run them...you've missed it.

8 DREAM TEAM We are still looking for an automated way of tracking referrals, so please bear with us...it has to be manual for now. When you introduce someone, please send an to to signify that you introduced a particular person. We have a big excel sheet that we are using to track this. PS: The Dream Team is a set of people who can invite their friends to the Online Business Incubator and get rewarded for it. Admission into The Dream Team is now closed.

9 ACCESS TO THE TRAININGS You have purchased access to The Online Business Incubator for one (1) person only. Please don't share your login details with anyone, our online school can detect when a username is used from a different device and it will block you forever...and there will be no refund. I know right, efiko website. PS: We will not admit you into any of our programs again if we find that you have compromised the trust we had in you. How would you feel if someone took the thing you were selling and gave it out for free.

10 COMPLAINTS If you have any complaint at all. Maybe your username is not working or you can't find something...please send an to Please note that I have someone on my team (Oriyomi) who is in charge of customer service. If you send the mail to me, or send me a private dm, I will not respond because I am not superman. I cannot do everything by myself. The quickest way to have your complaints resolved is by sending a mail to stephbschool@stephanieobi.com

11 PAYMENTS You will be charged N10,000, every 30 days. We do not offer refunds. If you are a member of The Dream Team, and you have not introduced anybody...you will be charged for that month. If you are making your monthly payments manually through bank transfer, please send an to accounts@stephanieobi.com immediately after you pay to get your receipt. If you fail to make your monthly payments, we will remove your access to Steph B-School and to The Facebook Group.

12 IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL We will be sorry to see you go, but it's okay...we will clean our tears and we will survive. Send an to 48 hours before your next payment date. Please don't send it after you have already been charged or on the day you are supposed to be charged. Please don't tell me you want to cancel via Facebook, Instagram, Face to Face, text message, etc...send a mail to stephbschool@stephanieobi.com

13 WORKING HOURS We are humans. We rest on weekends and in the evenings too. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you send a message during the weekend or at night or on a public holiday, we will respond during the next working day. Please don't go on social media to ask me the same question. We will respond during working hours.
