I can still remember the first time I broke the $1000 mark in my business. That elusive comma check... oh man, it was so awesome! As I was thinking about how I did it so I could share it with you, I realized it came down to 90-days of all-out, FOCUSED action on the 4 steps in this blueprint. You can use the 4 steps outlined in this blueprint to get unstuck and finally breakthrough that $1000/month threshold too. I'm so excited to see the results you'll create in your business! 3 Personal and Professional Development Building a Network Marketing business is simple, but it's not easy. It takes mental toughness, grit, and it takes learning the right way to execute the skills required to build a strong business. Even as someone who has been in network marketing for over 12 years, I continue to stay in personal AND professional development every single day! This habit is what will keep you in the game and make your goals a reality! What's the Difference?: Personal Development is all about what's going on between your ears: building your belief, setting clear goals, self-motivation, overcoming fear, etc. Professional Development is all about skillset: specifically how you grow your network, invite people to take a look, present, follow-up, enroll and develop leadership skills as you grow your team. How Much Is Enough?: If you're earning less than $1000 a month, I recommend setting aside 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week to work on personal and professional development. Make sure you balance the two -- don't get stuck on one or the other!! Push yourself to do 30 minutes, but also keep yourself from going over that amount of time. This will ensure you're growing your skills and developing the mindset and thought processes of a top earner without getting stuck in "planning" or "learning" mode! 4 Personal Prospecting: Network - Invite - Follow Up Your personal prospecting is the lifeblood of your network marketing business. Without it, you will never, ever hit that $1000 threshold, much less move beyond it! When you're brand new, this needs to be where your primary focus is -- your own personal activity! Consistently be meeting new people, inviting people to take a look at your business and products, and leading each person through the follow-up steps until they're ready to make a decision. What Are the Steps?: Network: Expand your network by committing to meet 25 new people each week. Invite: Commit to inviting 14 new people who know, like and trust you to take a look at your business each week. Follow-Up: It takes an average 5-12 exposures (steps) before a prospect is ready to make a decision to buy your products or join your team. Have a system in place that you follow with each prospect to ensure you're enrolling as many as possible! 5 Customer Service One of my mentors always says, "Treat your customers like royalty and they'll reward you with loyalty!" And she is SO right! Good customer services keeps good customers coming back... and repeat customers are a lot easier to get than having to constantly go out and find new customers who have never tried your product! Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you! Time Block It: Pick 2-3 days each month where you reach out to customers who either A) have an autoship order processing soon or B) who placed an order from you in the last month Time blocking ensures you PLAN to check-in, can help your customer with orders and suggest additional products without letting people slip through the cracks or it becoming a time suck. Follow-Up Consistently: Don't rely on that one reach out to keep your customers in the loop. Keep your products in front of their eyeballs with consistent follow-up through exclusive Facebook groups and weekly s! Want to step it up a notch? Send thank you notes, a $5 Starbucks gift card, and birthday cards! Remember... treat your customers like royalty! 6 Fast-Start New Team Members It's incredibly important to help your team members get a check their first month if you want them to stick around. Success loves speed -- keep them out of "training mode" and get them into profit ASAP! Your new team member has NO IDEA what it takes to build a successful business... it's your job to show them what to do to be successful! Meet Them Where They Are: Always lead with What's In It for Them -- and make sure you're meeting your new team member where they are! Most people join with the intention of at least earning back their investment ASAP -- show them the steps to get this done and help them through the process. Launch Their Business: Help your team members launch their business by scheduling a launch event within their first 30 days. Help them make their list and strategize with how to reach out to the people they write down. Have them reach out to the people who love and care about them first, and invite people to their initial launch, whether it's in person or virtually! Tip: Schedule 2 virtual launch events within their first 30 days. That way they can invite, and reinvite, the people who were unable to make it the first time! Daily Routine: The magic of a launch event is getting a lot of people into your new team member's funnel right away. Teach them the daily routine -- personal and professional development, networking, inviting, and following up -- so they can continue to have longterm success. It's especially important to teach them the followup funnel so they can capitalize on those who agreed to attend their launch, even if they didn't make it or didn't enroll/place an order during the event.

7 Fast-Start New Team Members Plug Them In To Upline Support: If you're not yet earning $1000 a month, use your upline for support! Look Upline for weekly training and opportunity calls, Facebook groups, contests and support you can plug your new team members into. Focus on working with them on their daily routine and on your own personal prospecting to push through that threshold! University Coaching Program: BONUS TIP Breaking the $1000/month threshold comes down to your own personal activity (personal and professional development + personal prospecting) combined with taking care of your customers and helping those who join you get into action QUICKLY, while also showing them the daily routine you are following. This simple, but powerful combination creates a duplicatable organization that grows monthly. You are leading by example, and keeping your focus on what you can control. This ALWAYS creates results! Commit to being consistent in your own personal activity and to teaching those who join you to do the same, and you will not only reach that $1000/month income goal, but rapidly surpass it while building an organization of others who do the same!
