Let them know you have had a lot of calls on the property and It may not last unfl you get them in Schedule a viewing (if needed a few days out, this way you can line up muluple buyers in the mean Ume) If they ask you what you bought it at, put it back on them (I won t be disclosing that to you and its not really relevant, do you want the deal or not?

14 Lock The Deal Up Get your BC Contract or Assignment contract signed by all parfes Cash or Hard Money Only Send it over to Title/ A]orney Do NOT stop markefng the property unfl Earnest Deposit has been delivered to Ftle Close within 7-10 Days

15 Closing The Big Juggling Act You must stay in constant communicafon with your Seller You must stay on your Title Company/A]orney to make sure they have everything they need and stay on top of them to close You must communicate to your buyer and keep them commi]ed to closing asap
