9 What We Need To Do In This Step: First you will need to take a blank piece of paper lay it landscape and draw a line down the middle. On the left side write all of the things you do in the course of the week already. On the right side write all the things you want to do but don t have time for.

11 Do You Really Have The Time? Now we are going to plug this stuff into a calander to see if the peices of the puzzle will fit in your life. The main thing to realize is there is 168 hours in a week. This drill will make you realize how much of it is productive. Each slot of time is an appointment with yourself so make sure you treat it that way.

15 Step #2... Locating the hottest and most motivated sellers in your town (or area) so you can get going quickly & easily

16 What We Need To Do In This Step: First you will want to contact a Realtor to get 12 months in past sales Load those sales into a maping program to see where the condensed areas are located Use those areas to do LOTS of marketing

17 Step #3 Here you will need to know how to handle the seller calls when they come in, and if you should make an appointment to go look at the house you will not waste your time or the sellers

18 What We Need To Do In This Step: First thing you will want to do is to set up a tracking device so you know where the calls come from (Hosted Numbers) Then you will want a free recorded message to expalin what you do so you weed out some suspects (Hosted Numbers) If possible have an operator take calls (PatLive) Do A Prospect Suspect form (YOU!!)

23 What We Need To Do In This Step: First you will need make your lender feel comfortable his/her capital (money) is safe Then show them this is a low risk for them Now you can close the deal using high risk interest rates for a low risk investment

25 What We Need To Do In This Step: You sell No Bank Qualifying to your seller This should bring about phone calls, and should generate visitors plus 7-8 applications Now you are the bank, so you get to choose who gets the house at the end of the day
