Bayview Dr. Call to Order: Matt Metz called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. The roll of the Committee members was called, and a quorum of the members were present. Approval of MOTION: It was moved and seconded to approve the January 23, 2019 Minutes: meeting minutes. Matt Metz abstained. Review of Submittals: Submittal # Front Door, 3 sliders w/modifications Mirador 9873 E. Turquoise Ave. Lewis MOTION: It was moved and seconded to approve the installation of the front door and three sliders with modifications. The homeowners are requesting to replace the front door, remove the security screen and not replace the screen. A fiberglass composite Therma Tru door measuring 44" x 96" in the color Mulberry to match Sunken ship. The Linea door has a long window panel with 5 sections of light vertical patterned lines named Axis. The front door and transom will be moved to the left 1 to avoid the rain from hitting the door frame.

2 3 Sliding doors in the back of the house will be installed. The first is a 36" x 80" rear door. It will be replaced with a sliding door measuring 96" x 80". The second door will be installed where a 59" x 58"picture window is currently. The top of the door is 80" high. The sliding door that will be installed measures 60" x 80".The third door will be installed where a set of double doors measuring 72" x 80". The new sliding door measures 72" x 80". No security doors will be reinstalled. The new sliding doors are made by Anderson, A 100 Series gliding patio doors in color Black to match the windows. Submittal # Lattice above Garage Doors Haciendas Del Lago 9620 E. Cinnabar Ave. Henderson MOTION: It was moved and seconded to approve this request to add lattice below the roof line above the garage doors. The beams will be made of rough saw fir. The same wood used for the trellis over the front of the house. It will be painted Dunn - Edwards DEC712 Briar to match the front trellis and wood trim on the house. The 30' 6" long 2' 2" high 1' 10" deep trellis will be tied in using a 2" x 8" header and 2' x 20" back plate. The beams configuring the trellis are 4" x 4", 4" x 6" and 4" x 8" respectively. Three (3) (previously approved 5/18/18) carriage style light fixtures will be mounted below the three (3) supporting trellis brackets. Submittal # level addition Andalusia III E. Terra Dr. Slager MOTION: It was moved and seconded to approve the submittal to build an attached addition in the rear of the home. The current living space is 3932 sq. ft. and will be increased to 4, 186 sq. ft. The setbacks will meet the R1-10 zoning requirements. The side setbacks are 5' and 5'. The rear setback is 10'. The addition will measure approximately 18' x `10' in an area that is already sectioned off by a privacy wall. This master bath addition will be sunken to match the existing sunken bedroom and bath. A window will be added at tub height on the East wall, 44" from finished floor to sill of window. The Ambassador bronze aluminum window measures 5'W x 3'H and matches the windows in the home. Stucco rework will be done. The second floor will have one (1) Ambassador bronze aluminum window on the rear of the home measuring 2'W x 3'H and will match the existing windows. Stucco rework will be done. The height of the home will not change where the addition will be built. The additional 127 sq. feet of roof will match the existing in slope and materials. No additional venting is required. Bird blocking will be added between all new trusses. Submittal # AC Screen, increase Parapet Walls Suntree East E. Saddlehorn Dr. Ramsey

3 MOTION: It was moved and seconded to approve the submittal requesting to increase the garage parapet walls by 12" not to exceed 18 in order to screen his airconditioning unit that is atop of the garage. The decorative edge will be replaced on top of the raised area once completed. Everything will be stucco and painted to match the existing house. Submittal # Raise wall on street side Haciendas Del Lago 9788 E. Topaz Dr. Oberholtzer MOTION: It was moved and seconded to approve this submittal requesting to raise the wall on the 98th Street side of their home to meet the neighbor's existing 6' wall. The lowers part of this wall measures 4'9" at the front of the property. There will be 2 step downs of courses starting toward the front of the home to gradually meet the 4 9 front wall section. The new wall sections will be finished and painted to match. Submittal # Accent stone on pillars Ridgeview Estates E. Palomino Rd. Colgan It was moved and seconded to approve this submittal requesting to have Quartzite Sunset Ledge thin veneer stone adhered on their front two (2) pillars, from bottom to 10' high reaching the bottom of the pop-outs. The stone applications will end by abutting a corner. Submittal # Solar Panels over Garage Haciendas Del Lago 9846 E. Topaz Dr. Westhoff It was moved and seconded to approve fifteen (15) flat black energy producing solar panels installed on the flat roof above the garage on the West side of the home. Three rows of 5 panels. The view of the solar panels will be obscured by the parapet walls atop the garage. The array will be flat on the deck, no tilt and sit 6" tall, 7" above the deck and are 13" below the 24"parapet walls. The lines will be ran through the interior of the garage where the inverter will be mounted. No conduit will come down from the roof. The utility disconnect and the meter will be installed on the outside wall of the garage where the meter currently exists. This exposed conduit will be painted to match with Dunn - Edwards Early Snow DEW313. Submittal # Replace Garage doors w/modifications Mirador 9926 E. Ironwood Dr. Bannister It was moved and seconded to approve the replacement the garage doors with a modification of 2 equal sized doors instead of 1 large door and one golf cart sized door.

4 Two (2) 9'W x 7'H Pella Carriage House single garage doors will be installed. Doors have 4-panels and black iron hardware. The 1'4" separating post will be moved to the center. Stucco re-work will be done and painted to match the existing body color Dunn - Edwards DEC759 Hickory. The new garage doors will be painted Dunn - Edwards DE6230 Center Ridge to match the wood fascia. Submittal # Landscape front add 2 walkways Andalusia II 9801 E Mission Ln Krueger It was moved and seconded to approve this submittal to landscape and add 2 walkways with the stipulation that the front walk and the area on the far-right side of the home be the same materials; Beige vein cut Travertine from Solstice stone. The homeowners are changing the walkway to come straight up to the front door from the street. Beige vein cut from Solstice stone will be laid as the walk and form a square area where the entry way is located. On either side of the Travertine walkway (300 sq. ft.) Midiron sod is being laid, 426 sq. ft on the left side of the walk and 444 sq. ft on the right. The current walkway and driveway are made of traditional concrete. The driveway will remain as is and the original walkway will be removed. Along the house, on either side of the walkway will be 4 Pygmy date palms, Bottlebrush, dwarf little John, Lantana gold, Lantana red, and Wedelia yellow dot and 2 square plating pots of flowers. A rectangular planting box and trellis will be along the house. Planted to the far-left side of the sod will be 3 hibiscus plants and gold mound Lantana. Matching Travertine will create a border between the plants and the sod. On the far right of the sod will be an area of 100 sq. ft. of Beige vein cut Travertine from Solstice stone. Planted will be Hibiscus, red and gold Lantana, Desert Ruellia and Tangerine Beauty crossvine with a trellis. Along that edge of the driveway is a row of Lantana confetti. As a focal point viewing from the street is a Sabal palm, Lantana and Hibiscus plants. The Saga palm is 16' from the side property line and 18' from the front property line. Landscape lighting 1 FXLuminaire (LC-6LED) UPLIGHT; 2 FXLuminaire (LC-9LED) UPLIGHT; 9 FXLuminaire (PB-3LED) UPLIGHT. Submittal # Landscape, Gates, Windows, Pavers, Turf Mtnview Lake Est E Mountainview Lake Dr #28. Kyle-Buchanan It was moved and seconded to disapprove the replacement of the front gate with a stucco arch as dimensions are needed for the wall height as it continues around the side of the property. Please resubmit with the dimensions.

5 It was moved and seconded to approve the following: North gate The North gate will be replaced with a 2.5 H x 4 W Black wrought iron gate. Same exact gate going in place of the rusted gate. Entry Door The current 8 entry door will be replaced with an 8 H black wrought iron single door, 3.5 W x 8 H with iron scroll work and Flemish (rainwater) opaque pattern glass. The 3.5 x 1 4 transom window will stay. Doors and Windows replaced - no fin, all in bronze Dining room, double glass and black aluminum clad doors 74 7/16 x North great room doors, glass and black aluminum clad doors 74 7/16 x Master bed - 2 full length windows measuring 53 x 98 each and 1 door 26 15/16 x all black aluminum clad. All side by side and measuring a total of 143 7/8 x Great room north windows, 2 side by side windows measuring x 106 each. Total 107 x both aluminum clad with grids. Great room rear windows East 2 side by side black aluminum clad windows measuring 53 x each with a total of x East eating area bow configuration window (4 section), Left to Right 1-24 W x H net frame with three (3) horizontal grids and a 23.5 high casement window at the bottom W x H net frame windows with three (3) horizontal grids. The bottom grid to line up with the casement windows on each end window W x H net frame with three (3) horizontal grids and a 23.5 high casement window at the bottom. Pavers Lowe s Provence style pavers which are already laid. The front walk measures 118 sq. ft., the patio is 1,198 sq. ft. for a total of 1,316 sq. ft. of pavers laid. Artificial Turf SYNLawn UltraWear III, with a face weight of 78 oz. Face Yarn: Field/Lime Green Thatch Yarn: Turf Green. Areas to be laid; Sides of front walk, alongside new pavers on both sides. The left side is 8 x 1 19 (16 sq. ft.) The right side starts at 12.5 x 1 17, then wraps in a half circle around the inside of the pony wall 13 x 7 for a total of 91 sq. ft. Submittal # Commercial Signage The Mercado E Via Linda D-223 AZ Direct Auto Sales It was moved and seconded to approve this submittal requesting a pan channel sign nonilluminated - AZ Hybrid Cars, 10' letters above the awning and just below the roof line at

6 their E Via Linda D-223 location. There is a 2" return finished in gloss black.025 acrylic face in Arlon spring green mounted directly to the surface. Discussion: It was moved and seconded to amend the Standard for the Venetian I & Venetian II Windows to read as follows: The submittal from the Venetian HOA to select Milgard Bronze Anodized, no-grid windows and patio doors as the only authorized replacement for the original windows. The glass will be clear Sun Coat Low-E glass, no tint or obscure glass. The fin/flange size is TheVenetian HOA will be responsible for notifying incoming and current residents of the Milgard window requirements. The existing International windows already installed will be grandfathered in as approved. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 5: 00 p.m.
