1 Germany & Colonies Philatelic Society LIBRARY CATALOGUE JOURNALS (Books and articles from magazines are listed separately) The Library holds the Society s collection of books, articles from magazine and runs of journals put together over more than forty years. They describe various aspects of our hobby. This holding has been formed by purchase, gifts from Members and copies of books sent by their authors or publishers for review. The Society would like the Library to continue its healthy growth in all areas of Members interests, so if you have appropriate books, articles or journals, why not donate them to the Library when you feel able? The Library services are not available to those G&CPS Members residing outside of the UK (Insurance Policy). b) The period of loan will be for one month unless an extended period of loan has been agreed with the Librarian. c) Members borrowing items are responsible for P & P and Insurance costs and must when returning items repay to the Librarian outward costs, by cheque (payable personally to REX DIXON), postal order or mint, fully gummed stamps. d) It is the Member s responsibility to ensure all items are packaged securely. e) Members are responsible for the safety of items whilst in their possession and must report any loss or damage. f) G&CPS cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information contained in any publication nor in this Catalogue. g) Members requesting information regarding the Library must submit an S.A.E.
