2 A WORD FROM THE PROD WELCOME AND THANK YOU FOR COMING TO WATCH OUR PRODUCTION OF THE COMEDY THRILLER TOMB WITH A VIEW WRITTEN BY NORMAN ROBBINS, AN OLD FAVOURITE OF THE GREEN GROUP AND FIRST PERFORMED BACK IN 1981 WHERE I PLAYED THE PART OF EMILY TOMB AND MANY MORE OF THE CURRENT CAST AND PRODUCTION TEAM WERE ALSO INVOLVED. THE PLAY IS FULL OF INTERESTING CHARACTERS AND A PLOT TO KEEP THE AUDIENCE AND THE CAST GUESSING! WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO ROGER BROWNE FOR TAKING THE PART OF PENWORTHY, ROGER KINDLY OFFERED TO HELP OUT AFTER WE HAD TO RE-CAST SOME ROLES DUE TO ILLNESS. THIS IS ROGERS FIRST PERFORMANCE WITH THE GREEN GROUP BUT HE DOES COME WITH A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CURTAIN. 17 DDISH Christ Church is a local ecumenical partnership of Methodist and United Reformed Churches. Whilst these two traditions of Christian faith have some unique elements, there is much that unites us in belief and understanding. We seek to offer orders and styles of worship which are varied and participative in the hope that the needs of all are addressed and included. Holy Communion is celebrated monthly usually on the second Sunday of the month at 10.45am. We offer an open invitation to any and all who wish to receive the bread and wine on the basis that it is God s Table not ours Join us in worship every Sunday at 10.45am and to our mid-week meetings, Brownies meet Monday evenings and wives meet alternate Monday afternoons.
