1 FEBRUARY MARCH 3-11 BRANDT CENTRE Volunteer Uniform & Accreditation Pick Up If you were not able to pick up your Volunteer Uniform & Accreditation last week, all of your volunteer items can be picked up at the Accreditation Desk in the Brandt Centre downstairs at the South side Players Entrance: Tuesday, Feb 27 4:30pm 6pm Wednesday, Feb 28 4:30pm - 6pm Friday, March 2 7:30am-6pm OR visit the accreditation desk at least 30 minutes before your first shift You can have someone pick up your uniform for you on the above dates but not your accreditation. You will need to pick that up in person with photo ID at the accreditation desk before your first shift. The Patch has gone Cashless! No Cash and No Tokens. Make sure you have your debit or credit card on hand for the new cashless system for purchasing drinks in the Patch! Volunteers will be on hand to help guide you through the process but the new system is fast and easy.and actually pretty cool! Uniform Doesn t Fit? There will be a Uniform Trade Board in the volunteer lounge starting March 2 where you will be able find fellow volunteers looking to trade sizes. Friday, March 2nd In The Patch - International Trade Centre Doors open at 6:00PM Dress Casual or Volunteer Uniform Team Introductions 7:00PM Appetizers Served You will need your Volunteer Accreditation to get in. This is an exclusive, invitation only event - guests are not permitted. RSVP s are not required. The Patch bar no longer accepts cash so be sure to have a credit or debit card if you would like to purchase drinks. Show your Volunteer Accreditation and ride for free on the Brier Shuttle Bus to and from the Brandt Centre. Shuttle will leave the first stop on each route 1 hour before draw time. Shuttle will leave the Brandt Centre 15 minutes after the draw is over. For up to date Brier Shuttle Information visit the Visitor Tab at curling.ca/2018brier There is no designated volunteer parking at Evraz Place. Parking is FREE! 4
