4 Fire Doors Door Works provides labeled fire rated doors in 20, 45, 60 and 90 minutes. Available with Category A or Category B rating. Doors are 1 3/4 thick and are available in most any design, width, and are machined for standard or fire-rated jambs. Fire doors comply with the following standards and carry the Warnock Hersey certified component label: UL 10(6) UL 10 (c), CAN/ULC S104 ASTM E2074 UBC 7-2 (1997) Part 1 NFPA 252 Glass Options: FireLite: Fire rated glass FireLite NT: Fire rated, impact safety-rated glass ceramic Some design restrictions apply, therefore, fire doors are quoted individually.

We Offer Standard Thickness of 1 3/8, 1 1/2 and 1 3/4 thick. Custom Thickness also Available. Standard Doors Sizes Offered. Custom Sizes Available Upon Request, including Access Doors and Dutch Doors. Finger Jointed Poplar Jambs Offered in 4 5/8 or 6 5/8. Custom Jamb Options Available. State-of-the-Art CNC Technology, Tooling, Software and Care Allows for Exceptional Detail in Machined Surfaces. DWC can Match Door Designs from Other Manufacturers. Custom Hardware can be Accommodated. Door Works can Prepare Doors for Pivot Hardware, Double Acting Hinges, Soss Hinges, Mortise Locks, Flush Bolts, Pocket Door Hardware as well as Standard Locksets and Hinges. All Doors are Fitted with Wood Blocks During Production for Superior Fastener Holding Capability for Hardware and Hinges.
