2 Commercial doors Marvin Commercial Doors combine the warmth and beauty of wood with the rugged durability of heavy-duty construction to provide excellent entrance solutions. Whether the application requires a traditional opening or a creative space enhancement, Marvin Commercial Doors come with a variety of customization options and industry-leading innovations to beautifully match the needs of almost any new construction or renovation project. Marvin doesn t just modify a residential swinging door and call it commercial. Marvin Commercial Doors are made to commercial standards, with a dedicated production line. They are engineered to be functional, durable, beautiful, and to accept various commercial hardware applications to meet site requirements. Available in wood or wood clad, Marvin Commercial Doors are like no other. Nineteen standard exterior clad colors or a custom clad color to match your sample meets AAMA 2605 specification. Interiors offer beautiful all wood surfaces with pine as standard or choose from a variety of species. Default to a bare wood surface or choose interior factory pre-finishes including prime, paint, clear finish, or six stains.

Hinges are offered with a solid brass substrate finished in Satin Chrome, Bronze, or Brass. Stainless Steel is also available. Hardware No lock no bore is standard. Marvin offers a wide variety of hardware preps for rim, vertical rod, and push bar devices as well as preps for mortise, cylindrical, and tubular locks. Prepped doors allow for easier hardware installation on the jobsite, eliminating what can be a labor-intensive operation in the field. Routs and prep can be ordered for the following hardware: Von Duprin Push pad Rim Devices and Trim Sets Von Duprin Cross Bar Device and Trim Sets Schlage L Mortise Lock and Trim Sets Schlage ND Cylindrical locks Alarm Lock Custom routs for hardware can be requested. Optional Commercial Hardware Package can include: closer, rim device, mortise lock, removable mullion, kick plate. Sills Standard factory-installed thermal barrier saddle with ADA compliant.500" x 7.125" low profile. A lower profile.250" thermal barrier saddle option is available. Weather Strip Head jamb and hinge jamb have bulb type weather strip, beige standard, black optional. The locking jamb has gray pile weather strip. Clear anodized aluminum panel drip and sweep across panel bottom, optional bronze or beige. Frame Thickness 1 1 /16", width 4 9 /16". Steel frame is available for 1 3 /4" panel. Jamb extensions are available.

4 Ultimate lift and slide doors Marvin Windows and Doors Ultimate Lift and Slide expands creative possibilities, whether opening up a patio eating or gathering area, or elegantly dividing a room. The pocket panel configuration slides completely into the wall, disappearing from view. In the stacked panel configuration, panels slide and stack perfectly within the opening. In addition, Marvin s exclusive hardware virtually disappears, providing unobstructed views and ease of operation. 5 Operating configuration and sizing Ultimate Lift and Slide Doors can span up to 48 feet. Choose a single operating panel or as many as 8 operating panels. Sizing and operating configurations are almost endless. Up to 12 feet in height, these doors offer truly impressive openings. Standard features Panels Lift and Slide panels are 2 3 /4" thick. LVL core with clear, pine veneer construction is standard. They are available with wood or AAMA 2605 extruded aluminum clad exterior. Lift and Slide Doors fit both contemporary and traditional applications. Top rail and style width for traditional style doors are 6" and 4", for contemporary designs rails and styles are 4". Bottom rail height is 8" traditional and 6" contemporary. Edge detailing includes ogee sticking for traditional and square sticking for contemporary applications. Sills Flush and recessed sills allow for barrier-free movement between spaces. Tracks are 3 /16" above finished floor. Sill options are available in a standard anodized bronze aluminum finish or optional anodized mill finish. With the performance sill option, this door is rated LC-PG30-SD. Hardware Our industry-exclusive flush-mount hardware is concealed blending seamlessly into the stile edge for a clean aesthetic. Finger pulls echo the unobtrusive intuitive design and enable ease of operation. Bronze PVD finish. The Lift and Slide Door comes with Marvin s exclusive twopoint locking system, which operate at the handle assembly. Key lock system and three-point locking system available. 6 bi-fold doors Marvin Bi-Fold Doors create wide open, inviting space for interest and ample traffic flow. Configured from two to eight panels, Bi-Fold Doors simulate the sightlines of French Doors and use an extruded aluminum track to fold smoothly to one side, stylishly and effortlessly connecting interior space to the outdoors or to another room. Barrier-free sill options, provide a seamless transition to connecting spaces.

7 Operating configuration and sizing Bi-Fold Doors can fit openings as small as 36" x 33" wide to as large as 8' x 21' wide (approx.). A variety of door configurations can be designed using up to 8 panels, with largest panel width around 35". Standard features Panels Panels are available in widths 14 5 /8" to 35 1 /16", with wood or AAMA 2605 extruded aluminum clad exterior. Bi-Fold Door panels move easily on extruded aluminum track and gather neatly at the side. An outswing service panel allows for convenient everyday use. Glazing Tempered one-lite Low E 2 with argon insulating glass. Sills Two barrier-free sill options, the Floor Channel Sill and the ADA Low Rise Sill, provide a seamless transition to connecting spaces. The Bi-Fold Door is rated DP30 for air, water and structural on clad units with maximum configuration of four panels and maximum size of about 12' x 8'. Hardware The Bi-Fold Door features an eclipse e3 hardware system created specifically for exterior residential and light commercial folding door applications. The sophisticated Sure-Lock II adjusting system secures the panels firmly in place. WDMA certified up to PG40, it provides solid performance against challenging environmental conditions along with a barrierfree transition from interior to exterior.

Choose from our 19 standard and select colors, or customize a color to match your sample. Anodized aluminum is available in various tones for a metallic finish. Copper (Pearlescent) Bright Silver (Pearlescent) Cashmere Stone White Forest Stewardship Council Marvin products are available with a chain of custody certification for Forest Stewardship Council (FSC ) certified wood.
