Separators/Collection Vessels: Alderley supply two and three phase separators, with advanced internals ensuring exceptional performance to international standards. Desanding Hydrocyclones: As wells age, and the water cut increases, the concentration of solids in the production fluids increases which can lead to problematic separation and increased erosion of installed equipment. Alderley s ceramic desanding hydrocyclones effectively eliminate solids and can tolerate higher pressure drops than conventional units. Deoiling Hydrocyclones: Our deoiling hydrocyclone represents industry leading capability and achieves oil in water levels to less than half the output of other hydrocyclone designs.
