2 M&R Integrated Services Ltd. primarily operates in the upstream Oil&Gas and related sectors from Warri, Nigeria specializing in steel construction & fabrication including all other related disciplines such as surface preparation, paint and coating systems. We further provide industrial cleaning, including UHP Water-jetting, and have recently expanded into civil engineering by providing dewatering services. We established our company to diversify and execute all activities provided by Linepipe Ltd who have built up an excellent reputation and track record since We have the natural desire to do things right and aim for delivering to the highest standard. We strongly believe that the key to success is to be reliable, open and honest towards our Clients. We take responsibility for getting the job done and always complete our projects, no matter how challenging. Our company is the result of a long lasting relationship of its Dutch and Nigerian directors which dates back to 2001 when they constructed Chevron s Dibi field accommodation barge in their roles as Main and Subcontractor representatives. The solid relationship combines local experience with international access to equipment, knowledge, goods and services.

3 OUR SERVICES We have the capability, drive and ambition to become a major EPC company over the coming years. Our long list of repeatedly returning Client s and track record proves that we are capable to provide our services as main contractor. We have build up a reputation to save our Client s time and money by solving their problems and providing practical alternatives. Our services can roughly be divided into Construction, Maintenance & Rehabilitation and Dewatering as indicated below: Supported by our surface preparation, corrosion protection and metal forming capabilities our construction activities can be divided into the following: Houseboats, fuel, pipe-lay, transport and ramp barges General steel fabrication Steel frame buildings Offshore structures / jackets We provide rehabilitation and maintenance work ranging from barges, dredgers and tugs at our yard to tank-farms/ offshore platforms, structures and pipelines for which we need to mobilize anywhere in Nigeria. In addition we provide UHP Water jetting and industrial cleaning services. CONSTRUCTION Together with our partner MOS Groundwater Techniek we can provide all types of dewatering services required for civil engineering works. 4 CONSTRUCTION Laybarge Construction 2 Ramp Barge 1 Houseboat 3 BUILDING CAPABILITY Our construction yard is strategically located on Warri River and has access to a 120m waterfront, enabling us to build any steel structure up to 1,500 tons in weight and directly launch into the water, or load out onto flat-top barges for further transportation. We specialize in the design and construction of barges customized for work in the Niger Delta. These range from complete accommodation barges (or houseboats), to fuel, pipe-lay, transport and ramp barges. We can provide the complete package from barge design to construction, painting and all other required disciplines such as electrics, hydraulics and plumbing some of which will be subcontracted to specialized companies. At the moment of writing (Dec 2012) we have a 70x15m self-propelled 1,400t oil transport barge and a 1,200t ramp barge under construction and will be responsible for the complete works until handover. We work fast and are able to deliver typical barges as mentioned within a period of 3 Months under good working conditions. Accomodation Barge 4 Guillotine Shear Due to our location along the river and extensive marine experience we are ideally suited for offshore related construction work such as substructures, deck Extensions, accommodation units, steel jackets and manifolds etc. METAL FORMING SERVICES We recently invested in a steel guillotine shear machine enabling us to cut steel plates up to 3.0m wide and 15mm thick. In the near future we will be adding a press-brake and bending machine. We are using our metal forming capability for our own construction activities but are also providing this as a separate service directly to our Clients. 5 CONSTRUCTION Warehouse Construction 9 GENERAL FABRICATION & STEEL CONSTRUCTION We have fabricated large numbers of pontoons, A-frames, mooring dolphins, jetties, floating walkways etc. Except marine related fabrication work we also provide general steel work ranging from structural members to complete steel framed buildings. As per above example, we have successfully completed a large warehouse for Bablink resources in 2010 ref 9 ACCOMODATION UNITS We are specialized in design & construction of accommodation units con structed in steel. By using steel as material the units can last a life time and are much more durable and safe than the more common plastic/aluminum units. We provide all plumbing & electrics and interior if required and can complete a standard 12m unit in 2 weeks. We have recently signed a contract to construct 12 units for Nestoil which shows also major Clients appreciate the added value we offer. QUALITY OF WORK Our welders are qualified in accordance with ASME IX and are routinely monitored during production welding to ensure compliance with the relevant approved Weld Procedure Specification. Non Destructive Testing (NDT) requirements are undertaken by approved third party NDT contractors. The relevant inspection reports are collated forming part of the Quality Package which proves compliance with the customer s requirements. M&R Integrated services are experts at preparing any steel surface and applying paint systems to exact specifications. Coating applications are executed under controlled conditions, complying with paint manufacturers guidelines. Quality-assurance equipment is used before and after blasting. Main services offered: Sand and grit blasting Ultra-high-pressure water jetting (refer elsewhere) Protective coating application by airless, conventional spray and roller Application of high-performance coatings and paint AND The effects of time and environment take their toll on the integrity of steel which is subject to a rapid decline if it is not maintained properly. Integrity management is not always a top priority and decisions to invest in periodic maintenance are often postponed. Only after loss of life span or production becomes apparent, complete rehabilitation is often the last resort. 7 & Whether steel needs to be maintained, converted, repaired or completely overhauled we have the experience, equipment and people to ensure your project becomes a success. We are ready to mobilize to remote locations in the Niger Delta and beyond, or if possible perform the work at our own yard. We do a lot of maintenance work for a wide range of Clients who know we deliver quality and are able to deliver projects in time. UHP WATERJETTING M&R provides coating & corrosion removal, descaling & industrial cleaning with UHP (Ultra High Pressure) water-jet equipment with pressures up to 2,800bar. Our blasting units enable us to remove coatings, taking the substrate back to its original profile, and unlike other surface preparation methods ensures the surface is completely contaminant free. UHP jetting systems create a dust and spark free working environment and produces a surface finish equal to or better than a dry abrasive blasted surface. All our personell is provided with full body armour suits due to the huge pressures involved. INDUSTRIAL CLEANING We provide industrial cleaning typically required for tanks &vessels, pipelines, heat-exchangers and condensors to remove deposit contamination normally classified as unclean-able using traditional processes. 8 When excavations fall below the groundwater table water must be removed from the saturated soil to prevent slopes from collapsing. Depending on the technology that is used to lower the ground water table, the difference is being made between well-points, horizontal dewatering and deep-well dewatering. M&R Integrated services can now offer all three of these services. Well Point Dewatering Multi Stage Dewatering M&R Integrated Services Ltd provides dewatering through vertical wellpoints in cooperation with MOS Grondwater techniek. A large Dutch company with over 100 years experience in dewatering. They have executed many large international contracts including Nigeria for EGTL Escravos in 2005 MOS Our partnership enables us to: Provide soil engineering capability Provide deep-well and horizontal dewatering. Execute large scale projects Together we are able to execute large jobs and provide Clients with complete dewatering solutions. As our standard we provide vertical well-point dewatering and this can be mobilized directly from our yard in Warri, whilst equipment required for deep-well and horizontal dewatering will need to be mobilized from the Netherlands. 9 Well-points are jetted into the soil and each well-point is connected to a header pipe to collect the water connected to piston-pumps creating a vacuum. The water is pumped away which lowers the groundwater table. Excavation depths up to 6m can be handled with a single stage well point system. If excavations are deeper either deep-wells or a multistage system is required. A horizontal dewatering is a similar system where the well-points are replaced by a horizontal drain. Deep-wells are drilled with a large diameter which allows submersible pumps to be installed so that there is no vacuum limitation and very deep excavations can be achieved. ENGINEERING Dewatering costs can vary hugely and this completely depends on the soil and excavation parameters. High permeability of soil requires a large amount of pumps and well-points to keep the excavation dry whilst a low permeability only requires a limited number. Soils such as clays and rock are generally not suitable for dewatering. By performing soil investigation and hydrological modeling in advance surprises can be avoided and costs can be predicted accurately. Jetting Pumping Installation Through our partner MOS Grondwater techniek in the Netherlands we are able to perform detailed hydrological calculations to predict the dewatering requirements. Experienced advisors use their knowledge of dewatering to find the most practical and innovative solutions for ground behaviour and construction. 10 YARD FACILTIES & EQUIPMENT The size of our yard is approximately 10,000m2 and directly situated on Warri River. We have deepwater mooring facilities and a large sand filled area for construction activities with space for storing materials. In our yard we have our offices complete with communication & internet facilities. We have a sizable workshop which enables us to perform weather sensitive operations. We own a large fleet of equipment ranging from welding machines, compressors, generators, metal forming equipment, blast & painting and QC paint inspection equipment, pumps & dewatering equipment. We have heavy equipment available such as trucks, cranes, loaders, barges and tug boats. Refer for a detailed list at EQUIPMENT HIRE All our equipment is available for hire and depending on the duration of the hire period our rates are available upon request. We maintain all our equipment ourselves and take this to be one of our top priorities.
