Specifically, he talks about the creation of HPS company, which operates in Greece and internationally. My business activity began in 1988 as co-owner in Perama, concerning the hydroblasting, sandblasting, coloring, cleaning services to floating vehicles and overland facilities and then as individual company owner of the same object with the name HILIOS HELLAS. In subsequent years, the understanding of market requirements led to the establishment of the «ANASTASIOS HILIOS LTD» broadening the scope of services offered. The company «HPS - HILIOS PROTECTION STRUCTURE» was founded in February 2007 and deals with the performance of water-jetting, sandblasting, painting and cleaning of ships and buildings. The provision of services is in accordance with the quality assurance ISO 9001: 2008 & 14001: Also, A.HILIOS LTD. participates in various competitions and it is evaluated highly for its services. What work operates your company? The A.HILIOS LTD. has its own HPSservice mark HILIOS PROTECTION STRUCTURE, distinguishing its services from other companies in the same industry. He has won worthy reputation for quality work using new technology equipment purchased from EU countries and working methods friendly to the environment in accordance with international standards, covering the needs of the most demanding customers. Since 1988 our company is mainly engaged in cleaning ships by the method of waterjetting and sandblasting. Until today, it has added new services like spongovoli and ydroammovoli, the nerokopi and sophisticated robotic systems. With our machines, our new technology, improved quality of work, we are saving time and cost for our customers. The water-jetting work implemented in accordance with international German standard STG Norma 222 and sandblasting operations in accordance with international standards (concerning the casing / etc tank protection). At the same time, out-surface coat application protection and shielding are applying. Our offered services are successfully applied not only to vessels but also to onshore facilities. Is your equipment different in relation to competitors in your industry? Our equipment is constantly updated with new technology. The most recent acquisition of our company is another high pressure water-jetting machine of 2500 bar. In our company there are the following types of waterjet: Hydroblasting High Pressure Water Washing: bar Hydroblasting Low pressure operates pressure less than 680 bar bar Hydroblasting High pressure operating at pressures between 680 bar and 1,700 bar Hydroblasting Ultra high pressure, operating at pressures above 1700 bar bar With the method of water-jetting, we are able to remove salts and the slag that is well attached in the hull surface. The jetting as a purification method has many advantages in a better reduction of salt less than 30mg / m2, and as a cleaning method is universally considered as environmentally friendly. In possession of our company there also are robotic water-jetting systems. This system has permanent magnets that hold it to the surface and guided through a wireless controller. It discolors the surface with high pressure water and is able to collect the water together with the rust and paint by suction in a special container in which later becomes the separation of water from the impurities, achieving protection of the environment. Our mechanical equipment further includes: 17 different levels of pressure (bar) of hydroblasting, 33 cherry pickers, ydroammovoles, 28 blasting hoses, 20 compresseur, barges and other floating vehicles, such as hoys. Our company also offers: trucks, cranes, bobcat, rotary nozzles and purification systems for internal cleaning of pipes, vacuum and pumps. Do you undertake work only in Greece or in some other foreign countries? 11

Your company participated at Posidonia Do you think that helped you to grow your clientele? The HILIOS ANASTASIOS MONOPROSOPI Ltd participated for one more time this year in the International Exhibition Posidonia 2016, in which was a sponsor. Our company with extensive experience in shipping, gave its presence this year highlighting the important advantages such deep expertise, specialized equipment, highly trained staff and professionalism. Posidonia is a major international maritime exhibition with a long tradition in the creation of new business opportunities in difficult markets. Our company had its own stand in previous exhibitions Posidonia from During these years of strong presence at Posidonia, it created new partnerships and exchanged important opinions on the significant issues of the shipping industry. During seminars and conferences held worldwide interest discussed issues concerning all aspects of the maritime sector. We would like to thank our friends and colleagues who honored us with their presence at our stand with number 3114 in HALL 3 of exhibition space. Your company has implemented major projects successfully. Can you tell us about some of these projects? In industry, as in other areas, our company has undertaken major projects gaining the 12

Also, we performed successfully the maintenance of «ENERGEAN FORCE», the cleaning of floating tanks on Perama and cleaning operations of burned wastes in the ship «HIGH SPEED 5». Some more significant projects which we were assigned are: dry-docking, waterjetting and painting of ships «Andreas Kalvos», «Dionysios Solomos» and «Adamantios Korais», «EVOLUTION», cleaning the ship «Parnassus II», waterjetting works and chemical cleaning of the ship «LOMBA», water-jetting and painting of the ship «SKYPOWER», dry-docking of ships «SOFOKLIS B», «LEFKA ORI», «VALLIANT ENERGY», «VERONIKI IV» and maintenance works on SAETTA ship at the port of Skaw in Denmark, which were performed under heavy weather conditions. At this point, we should mention our cooperation with the Navy and the Coast Guard. Do you think that the serious problems in the Perama area can be solved, so mainly the Greeks owners to bring back their ships for repair? The reinforcement of ship repair and shipbuilding Zone businesses is an issue which must be resolved immediately. It is our obligation to work together to solve the chronic problems to flourishing industry. This area has a great history and strong presence in international markets. Also, we should not skip the important benefits for Greek economy. The shipping industry is now in quite difficult condition and competition is becoming fiercer. The lack of modernized 13

However the level of experience and expertise of the Greek shipbuilding companies is much higher than that of neighboring countries, as Greece has traditionally been a maritime nation. We must therefore exploit our comparative advantages. The vehicle first detaches and simultaneously absorbs all tire debris from the aircraft wheels with the help of hydraulic systems that gather inside the vehicle in three seconds and the vehicle is removed from the runway after 10 seconds. The A.HILIOS LTD. also undertakes to remove graffiti from any surface, such as walls, pavements slabs, friezes roads, without causing any damage and leaving the surface clean. Our water-jetting system for the exteriors of buildings uses high water pressure in order to clean and remove any kind of coating on buildings, As grease, exhaust, stickers, mud, etc. Our method is ecological, fast, efficient, and secure. 16
