We provide feasibilty studies and cold forming process design for sheet metal and aluminium components. The combination of the skills and the experience gainded in over 25 years, led us to be today a partner and a supplier to the major European and worldwide OEMs and Die Manufacturers. We carry out stamping process, simulations and die design for prototypes, automatic and progressive lines in compliance with the standard of the OEMs: AUDI, BMW, DAIMLER, FCA, FORD, GM, OPEL, PSA, VW, using the Software in line with their specifications. Our customers are supported from the initial idea up to the series production: we evaluate and analyse with our customers the whole process starting from the planning, up to the technical production solutions, and from die design up to the manufacturing of the series components that built up a vehicle : Outer and Inner Panels for Hoods, Doors, Roofs, Trunk Lids, Chassis and Underbody parts in aluminium, high-strength and ultra-high-strength material.
