2 Company profile COMPANY Founded in 1995, Virtuelles Studio GmbH is a customer-oriented service provider in the areas of design, CAS / surface and visualization. In our branch offices in Ingolstadt, Gaimersheim, Munich and Wolfsburg, we provide our customers from the automotive and consumer goods industry with comprehensive support. Whether they require support in developing a product or implementing a comprehensive project, we offer our customers ideal solutions from a single source in integrated project teams and realize these at low cost, at a high level of quality and always on schedule. Our expertise, high-quality software and many years of experience form the basis for the cooperation and guarantee that the project will be concluded successfully. Due to a significant growth in business activities we have founded subsidiaries in: Munich (2004), Wolfsburg (2008) and Gaimersheim (2015). 7 Design Design is a recurring theme throughout the various branch offices of Virtuelles Studio GmbH. Our designers are specialized in vehicle and product design. We support our customers from the initial draft through to start of production and offer individual services. For us, design means picking up on current trends and presenting these in customer-friendly, future-oriented preliminary sketches. 13 CAS/Surface CAS/SURFACE In the CAS sector, we convert the form requested by the customer into digital models with the help of our experts. In the initial phase, Maya and Cinema 4D have established themselves as the tools of choice. Using these, we can convert drafts into ready-to-mill models according to design specifications within a short period of time. Highest quality Class A surfaces is our top priority from the very beginning of the project. We can achieve this level of quality by using the Alias and ICEM software combined with our experience and an instinctive feeling for the needs and requirements of our customers. In the surface sector, the same requirements apply. By definition, turning the design surfaces into surfaces suitable for production represents the pinnacle of digital model construction. Here we work closely together with the construction and design departments of our respective clients in order to achieve the best possible results. 18 Visualization VISUALIZATION In the visualization field, photorealistic pictures of the surfaces and shapes are created by our designers and graphic designers. In doing so, we offer our customers support already in the initial design phases by creating interactive real-time simulations using Autodesk Showcase, DELTAGEN and VRED. For perfect productions and representations of the highest quality, we create photorealistic renderings for online configurators, advertisements, computer animations, glossy catalogues and much more. In the process, we never lose sight of the graphical requirements even in the most complex of scenarios. With the aid of 3D glasses (Oculus Rift and HTC Vive) we offer our clients the possibility to literally bring their project into motion.
