2 Attaching the pin Simply push the pin in! Ratchet Slider The mechanism allows for simply pushing threaded pin into Ratchet Slider for securely fixing the skull of the patient without screwing the pin all the way through. Stopper Sleeve The Stopper Sleeve fixes the pin in place preventing it from moving forward. Simply insert the pin forward through the Smart Fix ratchet holes. When the pin tip reaches patient's head, manually rotate the pin to fix the skull. Box Joint The Box Joint allows for easy sliding the Head Holder for turning the head of the patient towards right and left with fixation. After fixing the skull, screw the Stopper Sleeve onto the pin to firmly fix the pin in the Ratchet Slide. Smart Fix is applicable for Conventional Table Attachment and Basal Frame

5 Basal Frame Arm Rest As one of the key accessories for microscopic surgery, the Arm Rest allows for surgeon to operate with high stability without blocking the view or obstructing access. Everything a surgeon needs for an operation can be conveniently attached to the Basal Frame. The Instrument Receptacle and the Hand Rest can be attached to both ends of the Basal Frame. The angle and height of the Hand Rest are adjustable per surgeon's needs. The Instrument Receptacle is insulated and can be used for holding bipolar forceps, suction tubes, and other microsurgical instruments. The Quarter Frame and Semi-Circular Frame are used for attaching Scalp Hooks, Cotton Plate, and Snake.
