Thread turn button on end of 1872-B Bolt Insert bolt from OUTSIDE panel #2 Philips bit bolt. Using #2 Philips Bit, 1872-B Bolt Tighten bolt through wall. Inside View of Panel 6 (2) 0096 Nut Drill Wrench Firmly hold wrench on nut. Continue to tighten screw, Until bolt is snug. Position turn button to hold window to wall. Turn Button Turn button to be installed on INSIDE panel

Hold rivet gun from underside, and pop rivets HINGE (3) (9) 3913 Rivet 14 (9) Rivet Burr From underside Using rivet gun, Pop (3) rivet through hinge and rivet burr. Rivet burr to be top pop rivets from underside of door jamb (3) hinges in all

9 JOB BREAKDOWN KEY POINTS Flip door jamb assembly over, OUTSIDE is facing up 15 (5) s #10 bit Place door panel within door jamb. Using #10 Drill Bit, OUTSIDE door panel facing up Drill (3) holes through each hinge. OUTSIDE Facing Up Insert rivet within each hinge (9) 3913 Rivet hole. 16 (9) Rivet Burr From underside of table, hold rivet burr on end of rivet. Using rivet gun from top side of table, pop each rivet along door jamb. Insert all (12) rivet prior to popping any rivets

10 JOB BREAKDOWN KEY POINTS 1606 Serial Tag Using 1/8 bit, drill (2) holes at (2) 0080 Rivet dimple for tag. 17 1/8 drill bit Place tag over hole, insert rivets. Using rivet gun, pop rivets. SERIAL TAG LOGO DECAL Ensure decal is straight, free of bubbles, : GUIDEMAN DECAL 80021: TERRAIN DECAL Peel backing off decal. At center panel, Rub decal several times.
