NOTE: The Assembly Instructions reference the Aspen Parts Sheet for Part Numbers shown in Parenthesis () after the Part Description. c. STEP. Place the Door/Jam Assembly(A.) on the ground front facing down. NOTE: The Illustration shows the walls being installed standing up, which has been found to be more difficult. STEP. Slide a Side Wall Panel into the Left Door/Jam Assemlby (A) Corner Extrusion. (Some extrusions may slide on harder than others. This can be lessened by the use of WD-40 or dish soap applied to the mating surfaces on the sidewalls if needed.) b. STEP 3. Slide a Side Wall Panel into the Right Door/Jam Assemlby (A) Corner Extrusion. STEP 4. Slide a Corner Extrusion (.) over the Left Side Wall Panel(c.). NOTE: The panels can flex inside the Corner Extrusions while assembling. STEP. Slide a Corner Extrusion (.) over the Right Side Wall Panel(b.). STEP. Slide the remaining Side Wall Panel (d.) into the two Corner Extrusions (. &.) finishing the assembly of the four walls.. A. Rev0030

2 K Assembly Instructions - Page. STEP. Place the Wall Assembly (E.) onto the Base (4.). Position the Corner Extrusions (.) into their pockets in the Base (4.). STEP 8. Use four /4-0 x. bolts (9.) with Flat Washers (3.) and fasten the Front Jam to the base. NOTE: Fasten the Jam (3.) to the Base (4.) first to help line up the rest of the walls STEP 9. Use Wide-Head Explosion Rivets (3.) to attach the Side Walls to the base. Start on the right side and line up the Side Wall to the Base making sure the rear extrusions are positioned in their pockets. Start by drilling a #0 hole in the middle pocket and fastening the first rivet. Follow the fastening order in the illustration and repeat for the left and rear sides. E

3 K Assembly Instructions - Page 3. STEP 0. From the top of the unit press all the Corner Extrusions (.) down onto the base. This will allow the Roof to set properly. STEP. One person with 8 #0x3/4 Screws must be inside the unit.. Another person must line up the Lock Brackets (. & 39.) on the Door (.) and Jam (3.); take a pair of locking-pliers and clamp the brackets together.(fig E.) This sets the door into the correct position once the roof is fastened to the walls. Fasten all the Corner Extrusions (.) to the walls using 8 #0x3/4 Screws (34.). Fasten four screws in each Corner Extrusion: from the top of the walls fasten a screw on the extrusion s outer guide-lines into each wall. Follow with two screws from the floor in the same way. Finally add one screw into the left and right Sidewalls on the front extrusions approximately 3 from the floor. 9.(optional). STEP. Set the Tank (.) in place on the Base (4.). Do not attach the Tank (.) to the Base (4.) at this time. The Tank (.) will be fastened to the rear Side Wall (d.) and the Base (4.) later to allow proper alignment and prevent warp of the Rear Side Wall (d.). STEP 3. Place the Vent Tube (.) into the Tank (.). STEP 4. One Shelf (9.) Is provided for optional placement on either back wall. Pre-drill four #0 holes into the shelf dimples. If the shelf is placed around the Vent Tube (.) a 4-/4 hole must be drilled into the cupholder with a hole-saw. Slide the Shelf (9.) over the Vent Tube (.). Do not fasten the shelf at this time.. STEP. Place the Roof (.) onto the Assembly (F.) making sure the Vent Tube (.) is seated into the Roof (.). Fig E. F. 34. Note: Illustration shown without walls to show screw placement correctly. X X

4 K Assembly Instructions - Page 4. STEP. Line up the Lock Brackets (. & 39.) on the Door (.) and Jam (3.). Take a pair of locking-pliers and clamp the brackets together. This sets the door into the correct position once the roof is fastened to the walls. STEP. Drill and fasten the Roof (.) to the Jam (3.) using four Wide-head Explosion Rivets (3.) centered on the tabs. Be careful not to drill through the inside of the Jam (3.). STEP 8. Drill and fasten the Roof (.) to the Side Walls (b,c & d) using Wide-head Pop Rivets (33.)and Rivet Burrs (38.). STEP 9. Drill two /4 holes through the Tank (.) tabs into the Rear Side Wall (d). Place two /4-0x. Bolts (9.) with Flat Washers (3.) through the wall and Tank and fasten using two additional Flat Washers (3.) and /4 Nylok nuts (8.). NOTE: Attach the Tank (.) to the Rear Side Wall (d.) first to properly align the Tank (.) on the Base (4.). STEP 0. Drill two #0 holes in the Tank (.) bottom tabs and the Base (4.). Fasten with two Wide Head Explosion Rivets (3.). use Rivet Burr (38.) on inside STEP. Place the shelf (either side) 33 from the top of the Tank s outer ledge to the bottom lip of the shelf. Drill four #0 holes through the Shelf holes and Side Walls. From the outside, fasten the Shelf with 4 Wide-head Explosion Rivets (3.) 9.(optional)

5 K Assembly Instructions - Page. NOTE: Before proceeding with Urinal installation make sure the Tank has been bolted in place (In previous Steps 8&9). Reversal of steps can cause separation of Urinal from Tank. STEP. Locate two dimples labeled with K s on the back (Fig G.) of the Urinal (.), and pre-drill two #0 holes into each dimples.. STEP 3. Slide the Urinal (.) drain pipe into the Tank (.), and position the Urinal so the back face of the Urinal seats with the Side Wall (c.) and angled so the urinal will drain. The bottom lip of the Urinal should be a minimum from the floor. STEP 4. Re-drill two #0 holes through the Urinal holes and the Side Wall. From the outside, fasten the Urinal (.) to the Side Wall (c.) with two Wide-Head Explosion Rivets (3.). STEP. Position the TP Holder(0.) 9 from the floor and from the Jam (3.). Dimple Locations Fig G. STEP. Holes must be drilled in the Side Wall using one of two methods. METHOD : Using a long #0 drill bit drill out one hole and fasten a Wide-head Explosion Rivet (3.). Level the TP Holder and drill a second hole and rivet. Drill out the remaining 4 holes and rivet. METHOD : Mark the hole locations with a marker. Drill #0 holes on the marks. Fasten the TP Holder with Wide-head Explosion Rivets (3.). STEP. Install Toilet Seat (.) (not shown). 3. NOTE: Install the alternate Roll TP Holder (.) 9 from the floor and from the Jam (3.) in a similar fashion as the previous steps. NOTE: The TP Holder Rod (.) and lock (4.) direction can be installed in either direction
