2 1. Check height seat adjusment 1.1 By control hand lever seat, seat must always going down when person is sitting on it. 1.2 Squeaky noise when control hand lever seat? Check table height adjustment 2.1 Check if the table can be adjust smooth from the lower to the heighest position? 2.2 No squeaky sound during adjustment table height? Check pedaling 3.1 No extra noise when pedaling, from the magnetmotor? 3.2 No squeaky noise from the wheels during pedaling? 3.3 No shock during pedaling forward and then quick backwards? Check table adjustment (forward and backward) 4.1 Innertube to outertube good adjusted? 4.2 Easy sliding forward and backward? Check knob pedaling resistance 5.1 Pedaling resistance is changing by turning knob? 5.1

4 1.1 Disk crank cover Step 1. Untightening screw in the middle and remove disk upwards. Step 2. Untightening screw

5 1.1 Step 3. Untightening the following screws and remove the crank. * *Same steps to remove the left crank. The screw circled in red is not on the left.

6 Step 4. Remove the covers by untightening the following screws. 1.1 Untightening screws and nuts. Untightening screws. * * Follow the same steps to remove left cover

7 Step 5. Remove the screw and pull out the seat unit. 1.1 Pull out by pulling seat. Untightening screw

8 Step 6. Remove the screws. Pull out the steel part + spring 1.1 Step 7. Remove the screws and remove the gasspring out of the tube. Step 8. Check if the nut is tighten and if the dimension between steel plate and pin is 21mm. 21mm

9 Step 1. Following Chapter 1.1 untill step Step 2. Add grease on shaft

10 Loose knob by turn it counterclockwise and push table in and out 2.1 a. Desktop is going down heavy over the total range? b. Desktop is going down heavy in upper position and making scratching noise. Follow steps on next pages:

11 Step 1. Untightening 4 screws that fixed the desktop and remove desktop. desktop desktop frame 2.1 screws Step 2. Untightening screws and remove the plastic guides Screw Untightening screws on both sites and remove plastic guides upwards.

12 Step 3. Pull Desktop frame up untill the Square hole in innertube is in front of the square nut. By pulling the knob, the nut will go through the square hole. Desktop frame can be pulled out of the outer tube. 2.1 Inner tube Square nut Outer tube

13 Step 4. Untightening screws (A) for 1 stroke. a. Desktop is going down heavy over the total range? - Turn screws B counterclockwise. b. Desktop is going down heavy in upper position and making scratching noise. - Turn screws B clockwise. 2.1 A Clockwise screw B; wheels will go out B Counterclockwise screw B; wheels will go in

14 When there is a squeaky sound follow the next steps Step 1. Follow the steps in chapter 2.1 until step 4 Step 2. Remove the plastic wheels and put grease in the hole of the wheels 2.2 Plastic wheels

15 When magnetmotor makes extra noise; follow steps on this and next pages to replace the magnetmotor. Step 1. Follow steps in chapter 1.1 untill step 4 Step 2. Untightening nut from tensioner until top of thread and loose the belt. 3.1 Belt Nut tensioner

16 Step 3. Remove cable from magnetmotor and nuts 3.1 Cable magnetmotor Nuts magnetmotor

17 Step 3. Disassemble the tensionerbracket by pullingg it over the thread from the magnetmotor. Tensioner bracket Fix the tensioner bracket in this position for example with tape. 3.1

18 Step 4. Remove magnetmotor Direction to remove magnetmotor 3.1 Push shaft from magnetmotor first on this side out of the bracket and then on the other side. Step 5. To place a new magnetmotor follow steps in opposite direction.

19 When there is a queaky noise from the wheels during pedaling follow the below steps. 3.2 Step 1. Clean steel surface where the wheel is rolling over. To cleaned and sprayed in surface Step 2. Spray steel surface in with teflon spray after cleaned it.

20 When there is a squeaky noise from the wheels during pedaling, follow steps below. 3.2 Step 1. Clean steel surface where the wheel is rolling over. To cleaned and sprayed surface Step 2. Spray steel surface in with teflon spray after it is be cleaned.

21 When there is a shock during pedeling forward and then quick backwards follow the next steps. Step 1. Follow step 1 in chapter 1.1 to remove the disk on the right side. Screw to be tightend 3.3 Step 2. Tighten screw. When this is not possible because the hexagonal hole for allen key is deformed, it have to replaced. Step 3. Test if it is solved by pedeling. Place disk back on oxidesk.

22 When distance between steel tube and plastic part is not equal it can be adjusted in the following steps. 4.1 Distance Distance between steel tube and plastic part have to be the same on top and bottom

23 Step 1. Follow steps in chapter 1.1 until step 4 Adjusting screw 4.1 Step 2. Turn screw in or out to adjust And realize equal space between plastic and steel tube.

24 If it is difficult to slide in and out follow the next steps. Step 1. Follow steps in chapter 1.1 until step 4 Step 2. Remove the following screws and pull out the front frame. Base frame Front frame Screw to be removed 4.2 Pull out front frame Remove screws that hold plastic part in position Before pulling out frame The base frame have to be supported at this position

25 Step 3. Tighten the screws when necessary and grease the plastic surfaces. Grease Screws 4.2 Step 4. Assemble it by following steps in opposites direction.

26 Adjusting knob pedaling resistance is not posible or is going heavy. Follow the next steps. Step 1. Follow steps in chapter 1.1 until step 4 Knob pedaling resistance Step 2. Check if cable is still in place with the magnetmotor. Magnet motor 5.1 Cable connected to magnetmotor

27 Step 3. Connect cable to magnetmotor when disconnected. When cable is still connected to magnetmotor follow step 4. Step 4. Disconnect the cable from the magnetmotor and try to get the knob in every position. When this is not possible the knob have to be replaced. Follow step 5. When the knob is still functional, the magnetmotor have to be replaced follow chapter 3.1 Step 5. Remove the knob by untightening the screw under the knob. Place the new knob and connect the cable to the magnetmotor. 5.1 Screw
