5 EASY IMPLEMENTATION VARIOUS POSSIBILITIES Boards installed straight or inclined (15 ) The spacing between the boards can be customized following the project specification Flat boards with gap Contiguous mounting Inclined boards with gap CAUTION: A shutter with contiguous boards is not totally blinding. There will always be light going through the junction of the two boards It is recommended to install all the boards with the same front face and orientation in order to obtain an homogeneous colour. NOT FOR STRUCTURAL USE Under no circumstances should the boards be used for load-bearing or structural purposes. Due to the inherent disparities in the standardisation of screens and printing inks, the shades depicted on this sheet may appear slightly different to those of the actual samples.

7 AGEING BOARDS AGEING PROCESS VESTA is a natural material composed of wood fibres and mineral pigments giving the colour. In the first weeks,, the fibre will naturally tan and then, lighten up, to stabilize on the mineral end colour. Final patina will be achieved within 10 weeks in average. 9 VESTA ECO-MATERIAL VESTA (Vegetal, Ecological Stable Timber Advantage) is an innovative and eco-friendly compound with exceptional properties. It was developed by NEOCO, NEOLIFE s Research Centre specialising in green technologies, in partnership with European experts. EXCEPTIONAL WOOD FIBER CONTENT VESTA revolutionises eco-materials and the design of environmental solutions for construction projects and the landscaping of outside spaces. It finally brings a response to the architects, landscapers and design offices demands, working on eco-construction and sustainable development projects. ECO-FRIENDLY The wood fibres contained in VESTA come exclusively from sawmills offcuts, the wood coming from sustainably managed European forests. The production of our material does not require the cutting of any trees and does not use treated wood from recycled pallets. Moreover, NEOLIFE does not use any toxic additives in the production process of the material. VESTA is 100% recyclable, with a perfect traceability: it only contains virgin substances (no recycled components for which establishing a traceability is impossible). CLEAN Does not contain solvents, adhesives or phthalates, and does not generate toxic emissions. STABLE AND RESISTANT VESTA fibres benefit from a thermal treatment which provides hydrophobic properties to the material. The formula, reinforced with mineral resin, lignin and antioxidants enables a remarkable mechanical resistance as well as an outstanding design. The mineral pigments also offer a strong resistance to UV rays making the colours more durable whatever the exposure.
