2 News and Notices for July 2017 Maryalice Birk was the only registered member of CCW that is scheduled to attend the American Association of Wood turners symposium in Kansas this year so she alone was given a check of $250,00 to help with registration fees. We wish she has a great experience and hope she gains tons of knowledge. The family of Don Barr wish to thank all of the members of CCW for their help with the sale of the equipment and tooling that Don had accumulated over the years. A HUGE THANK YOU goes to JACK GUFFEY for the work he has done and it s not over yet. The unsold goods will be donated to CCW to be raffled off at a latter date. Along with the info of Don Barr, we must think forward a bit as Sherry Eislen, Everett s widow is close to having a sale of Everett s lathe and tools. Dates and time to be announced later.
