2 The new "little ones": axial fans with Hylade technology. The success of our Hylade series continues: xial fans with one-of-a-kind Hylade technology have been expanded by adding sizes 00 to 0 mm and are now available in all sizes from 00 to 900 mm. In the process, the one-piece, glass fibre-reinforced plastic impellers have been further optimised in terms of aerodynamics. Thus, the noise behaviour was improved even more and impeller efficiency was increased. For the drive, you can choose between tried and true asynchronous motors and high-efficiency GreenTech E motors. Furthermore, you can choose between two different control configurations: one with two fixed speed stages or one with the familiar continuous control option via a combined 0-0V/PWM control input. Here, the -stage designs are laid out so that the small stage corresponds to its counterpart in terms of air performance. The large stage then offers additional increases in air performance beyond that. This opens entirely new prospects, such as in refrigeration system applications. Since the electronics have been completely integrated into the motor, our axial fans using GreenTech E technology have precisely the same mounting dimension as their counterparts and thus are able to replace them without cost-intensive renovations. Sound pressure level and sound level ll acoustic values are established according to ISO 7, IN 6 and ISO 7/7 to accuracy class and given in -rated form. When the sound pressure level (L p ) is measured, the microphone is on the intake side of the fan being tested, usually at a distance of m on the fan axis.
