5 Accessories 01/05 We offer two solar-led products, one being LEDs in kit form say in letters, and the second being LEDs in a Trough light extrusion. As to our thinking; the two products are capable of being powered by solar which has meant we can supply LEDs with a solar panel that is not too large or obstructive. Most people want their LEDs bright, however to keep the panel sizes satisfactory we ve been able to achieve acceptable light levels for night time use but using a lot less power. The kits are supplied complete with the panel and fixing brackets, a timer and controller in a housing box, complete with the LEDs in kit form or within a Trough extrusion. 6 Architectural Lighting 02/01 LED Vivid Wash is an energy saving RGB LED based, wash fixture incorporating 36 RGB high power LEDs. The LED Vivid Wash produces full color 16.7M true 24 bit color changing effects for architectural and decorative illumination. LED Vivid Wash can be operated standalone, master slave with built in pre-programmed effects or directly with and standard DMX-512 controller. The LED Vivid Wash is engineered with push button waterproof external LED display based user interface for setting the mode of operation or DMX the address. The LED Vivid Wash housing is composed of an aluminum die cast fixture housing, heat treated glass aperture plate, and rated to IP65. 7 Architectural Lighting 02/02 LED Rigid Strip Light is another innovative product based on a similar lighting platform to that of our LED Ribbon Light; but instead of it being a flexible light source, it s a rigid linear strip making it far more robust and sturdy. The product comes supplied with a pre-applied double-sided tape which makes installation extremely simple. Offered in most static colours, we can also incorporate LED control units and present RGB colour changing effects too. 8 Architectural Lighting 02/03 LED Panorama Wash is a new style of energy saving, LED based, wash fixture, incorporating 18 RGB 1W Power LEDs; the LED Panorama Wash is a RGB full color 16.7M true 24 Bit color changing fixture. The housing is composed of Aluminum Die Cast fixture housing, with a clear polycarbonate aperture cap, rated at IP65. The LED Panorama Wash has a very low profile and narrow footprint which makes it perfect for applications where there s little room to install larger fixtures such as window ledges and coving. The housing has also been designed to have a professional commercial look and appeal which makes the LED Panorama wash ideal for applications where the fixture itself can be seen. We ve incorporated the very latest encapsulated high grade LEDs in a new and unique PVC jacket housing; this achieves equal brightness and visual intensity to match that of glass neon; now there s truly a glass neon replacement. 11 Architectural Lighting 02/06 The Domino Flex VERTICAL is a side firing LED design where the diodes are positioned to provide lighting through the side of the sheath. With a 140 degree luminous flux angle, the LEDs are spaced 12mm apart, where they can be divided into 6 LED sections for a variety of different uses. The protective silicone sheath ensures perfect sealing (IP66) before the LEDs are separated. The product comes complete with VHB tape fixing; with connectors and wire also available, please ask. 12 Architectural Lighting 02/07 The Domino Flex HORIZONTAL LED strip is made up of LEDs positioned in the middle of a printed circuit board for lighting forwards. With a 140 degree luminous flux angle, the LEDs are spaced 12mm apart, where they can be divided into 6 LED sections for a variety of uses. The product is positioned in place by using the double sided tape on the back of the silicone protected clear packaging around the LED circuit strip. 13 Architectural Lighting 02/08 LED Light Sheet is a unified acrylic lit panel containing LEDs as its light source. Creating a super slim illuminated plate, it can be used within a variety of lighting applications. 3D V-cutting technology ensures that light is evenly reflected throughout the sheet, in essence a clear acrylic panel is etched, this then acts as a vehicle to carry an even LED light across the surface of the panel. 15 Built Up Letters 03/01 Fully finished faces with soldered returns, the PREMIUM finished letters are of a superior' quality. Where the face meets the return the resulting edge is filed and then highly polished leaving a continuous soldered seam. We can offer a variety of different materials for interior and exterior use including titanium coatings renowned for their durability outdoors; it has to be seen to be believed! 16 Built Up Letters 03/02 The 3D visual status that a Built up letter can present makes this sign type extremely popular within our industry. For most projects with Built Up script, this sign type establishes itself as the primary focal statement alongside other visuals such as Flat Cut letters, Stencil cut Texts and Graphic Vinyl etc. Laser cut faces with soldered returns; our STANDARD finish suits the larger letter or logo projects where the sign is mounted anywhere from above eye level to the top of the highest structure. 17 Built Up Letters 03/03 The 3D visual status that a Built up letter can present makes this sign type extremely popular within our industry. Router or laser cut (dependant on material and thickness) each customised project is carefully hand crafted and finished. Where the face meets the return, a two part solvent and gluing process ensures maximum durability and strength. We can manufacture acrylic letters from as small as 150mm high with a 15mm return (dependant on type face), in a variety of colours and variations. 18 Directory Systems 04/01 Our Slat System is a versatile modular sign system which can be supplied as components that s to say in kit form, or as a finished sign. There s a varied range of slat panel profiles and sizes available, along with panel decoration options including screen printing, vinyl graphics, or mechanical engraving. The range of side track profiles includes square, angled, or curved. All panels come standard as silver annodised, alternatively we can powder coat too. 21 Display Fixings 05/02 Our Standard sign fixing ranges are for those applications where a cheap and cheerful fixing solution is required. We call it this for those displays where the budget is tight, or where the finish in terms of a quality look is not a salient requirement for the customer. The fixings are manufactured and supplied as either silver annodised alluminium, or brass nickel plated, once again dependant on the context of your sign. Other more specialised effects for example brass or copper plated finishes, and gold annodised are also available, please ask. 34 Illuminated Letters 09/02 The Signature-LED range was developed to meet those small letters that require illuminating; where conventional LED modules just cant fit, or the finished lighting effect would be poor. Signature-LED is the answer to this; its the ideal solution for both halo back lighting a narrow stroke width, or face lighting a shallow fronted letter. Through a control unit box the LEDs can be programmed to offer either colour control of the light which includes alternating and dissolving; or actual colour mixing creating the colours of the rainbow. The Twister was the original LED platform introduced by Permlight in 2003 where it gained immediate acceptance for its small form factor and bright output.
