3 FLAT CUT LETTERING & LOGOS EXTERNAL & INTERNAL USE A wide range of signage is available made up of flat cut letters and logo shapes, designed to fit onto large wall areas. These letters and logos can be manufactured out of precoloured perspex, full colour designs on perspex or in a range of metallic specialised finishes. In addition many of the options can be combined to great effect, for example, brushed stainless steel text with a full colour printed logo mounted onto the same stainless steel shape. All lettering is mounted directly onto the wall surfaces with raised off spacers for additional 3D effects. hundreds of variations Being located off the wall surface provides a 3D effect to letters but also keeps them clean as dirt washed down walls doesn t run over the sign and stain them over time. 4 PANEL POLE SIGNS EXTERNAL USE Panel and pole signs are designed to create a stylish, professional impression around your school. The panels can be rectangular, square or made to any shape to include crests, shields or supplied with curved tops. A full colour printed, outdoor grade, laminated graphic will be applied to the aluminum composite panel and fitted with post mounting rails on the reverse. These are attached to the standard white powder coated, aluminum posts with high-grade stainless steel clips and fixings. A range of coloured powder coated post options are available for all signs in addition to several decorative finials to replace the standard post tops. INSERT SIGN PANEL As an option we can supply an insert sign, which is an additional panel located below the main one. With this, you can slide your own temporary information to promote special events or open evenings, while still maintaining a professional looking signage system when not in use. FINGER POST SIGNS The ideal signage method to guide visitors and students around your site. Available with up to 6 lockable, anti-tamper directional fingers per pole in a range of powder coated colour backgrounds. The standard finger size is 750mm wide x 165mm tall and are fitted to a 76mm diameter post. most popular choice! Single posts will be utilised for all small signs and two poles for all larger signs. 5 PREMIUM TOTEM PANEL & POLE SIGNS sizes available up to 1500mm x 3000mm Our premium sign range are manufactured utilising square poles with hidden side fixings. On these, the poles are located to the edges of the sign with panels available as square, rectangular or shaped in design. All panels are covered by an outdoor grade laminated graphic. An additional printed panel can be positioned on the reverse making them double sided or into vertical totem signs....design I PRODUCTION I INSTALLATION Our full colour printed outdoor grade laminated graphics utilised on all our signs have the following advantages... 6 TRAY SIGNS EXTERNAL USE Tray signs have a 75mm return (depth) as standard on all edges so can be mounted to walls with invisible top and bottom fixings onto special brackets as opposed to through the front face as on flat panel signs. This makes them more attractive and adds depth to the sign. They are manufactured out of aluminum composite fitted with a full colour, outdoor grade, laminated graphic. Special shape tray signs can be manufactured with the ability to join several together to produce a much larger sign. professional looking! FLAT PANEL SIGNS EXTERNAL USE These are flat 3mm thick signs manufactured from aluminum composite with a fitted full colour, outdoor grade laminated graphic. Available in a range of sizes from 500 x 400mm through to 3000 x 1500mm. These signs are available in rectangular, square, circle, oval or any special shape required at an additional cost. 7 PRINTED PVC BANNERS from EXTERNAL USE We can design and print any size of pvc banner. These are generally utilized outside schools to inform or educate visitors or the public to recent success or on going developments. All are easily tied to fences or screwed to walls. Banners can also be fitted to lamp posts as vertical displays with our specially manufactured brackets WINDOW WALL CUT GRAPHICS INTERNAL USE These are printed and/or cut to shape graphics produced on a range of vinyls that can be applied to the inside of windows or directly onto walls or other smooth surfaces. These include school logos and names, etch manifistations and inspirational quotations all designed to brighten up, educate and brand you school. Our PVC banners are printed onto a tough 550 micron thick material with double thickness hem and strong plastic grommetts every 400mm along the sides. 8 RECEPTION DISPLAY GRAPHICS WALL ART Foamex has an attractive satin finish and comes together as printed sheets to cover worn or damaged walls. Wallpaper is available in various textures and been pasted to walls they need good surfaces to achieve great looking results. Prints onto the reverse of perspex have a high gloss surface and resist damage caused by bags and long term abuse. GOOD TO KNOW... A professionally designed striking display really sets off a school entrance or reception area. We design and print a range of these to accommodate all requests from general school visuals to specialised departmental requirements. 9 ROLLER BANNERS POP UP DISPLAYS These are fixed sized, portable display units that are extremely useful at open days and school events to brand anything from the overall school through to different departments or success stories. Roller banners range from 850mm to 2000mm wide while pop ups are 2500mm or 3000mm wide and curved. CANVAS PRINTS We supply a complete range of box framed canvas wall prints made from your own supplied images through to montaged artwork produced by ourselves. All frames are 45mm deep and printed onto a textured canvas material at photographic resolution. Sizes from A3 up to 8 x 4 are available. FRAMED PRINTS As a modern alternative to box canvas prints we offer a range of bespoke framed prints utilising anodised aluminum extrusions in a range of colours and styles. Our printed panels can be framed with non reflective glass, clear perspex and incorporate coloured borders. 10 WALL, DOOR DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE We produce a range of internal wall, door & directional signage to suit all budgets. Our simplest form utilises printed foamex which can be screwed or taped to a wall. Clear or white backed reverse printed perspex directional signage can be raised off walls on chrome spacers for greater effect. Or curved metal sign holders available in a wide range of door, directory and hanging sizes can be supplied that allow you to insert your own printed paper signs when room or directional details change. FABRIC DISPLAYS We print a range of fabrics that are utilised for outdoor flag displays in addition to custom tablecloths. Feather flags range from 2.4m to 5m tall while our giant flag pole systems can extend up to 5.3m tall and can be positioned anywhere. 11 LOCKABLE WALL MOUNTED GRIP FRAMES Our range of wall mounted lockable grip fames are designed to take your own display work and can be utilised anywhere. After unlocking with the specially secured key you snap open the four edges, place your poster or print behind the clear protective sheet and snap shut again to secure. Grip frames are available in the standard range of A sizes from A3 upwards to A0. We also design and print posters to any size to go into these frames. LOCKABLE POSTER CABINETS EXTERNAL & INTERNAL USE Our range of secure lockable poster / display cases are designed for all locations and can be mounted to walls or posts for free standing use. All combine a 55mm deep heavy duty frame with high specification lock, 2mm thick polycarbonate face and waterproof seal. They are available with magnetic, pinboard or standard backing to take all forms of displays and range from A3 up to 1800 x 1200mm. The standard finish is silver anodised or in a range of 17 powder coated colours at additional cost. Our standard grip frames have a 32mm wide frame and can be used outdoors if a suitable outdoor grade poster is used. They are available in a range of 17 powder coated colours at extra cost. 12 SELF ADHESIVE STICKERS LABELS ON A ROLL personalise your stickers! We can print and cut to shape any design of selfadhesive sticker for use on books, walls or windows. In addition, regularly used labels can be supplied on rolls of 1000 or more for ease of use. CUSTOM STAFF INFORMATION BOARDS We manufacture custom information boards in a range of pinboard, acrylic, magnetic, drywipe or magnetic drywipe materials to any size up to 2440 x 1220mm. Pinboards are available made to any shape and colour while acrylic, magnetic or drywipe versions are available with a full colour printed background behind the drywipe laminate. Staff picture or notice inserts can be attached to the face of the board. Any of these can be screwed to walls or raised off with chrome spacers. 19 case study KINCRAIG PRIMARY SCHOOL 1 case study 2 ALL HALLOWS CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL PPS have worked with All Hallows Catholic High School for over 15 years undertaking numerous prospectuses during that time in addition to a recent signage rebranding scheme throughout the school. The addition of a new sports hall saw requirements for large stainless steel signage lettering been produced and installed over 8m high on the side of the building. Interior graphics requirements with the design and production of large framed canvas displays are also produced on a regular basis. PPS have worked with Kincraig for the last five years undertaking a range of projects including their school prospectus material, external signage and interior window graphics. More recently we have rebranded the entire interior of the main hall, with complete graphics displays on all four walls, interpreting the DfE s Promoting Fundamental British Values guidelines. 20 case study GOLBORNE HIGH SCHOOL 3 case study 4 ST. REW S CofE PRIMARY SCHOOL Golborne High School came to us for a full rebranding project. With a very clear idea of a branding message we designed the logo and went from there... from the colour scheme, logo, fonts and strapline design we went on to create a vibrant prospectus through to stunning signage and everything in between. Initial work with St. Andrew s was the design, production and fitting of One Way Vision graphics to two exterior classroom windows to reduce room brightness and parent interaction with pupils. Following this we designed and produced a number of large panels and displays on School Values & Ethos along with inspirational quotations.
