Our service fees cover all aspects of support you might require relating to help in document preperation, bespoke production, updating electronic files, unbinding and re-binding. Our service fee is charged at 6 for each full 15 minutes of additional support time required. This fee is only charged for additional services made that are not part of the standard serivces offered in our Print Centre s. We will also quote the service charge in advance, and agree up front when the fee is applied. If we don t quote it and agree it, we will not charge it! The first 15 minute service fee will always include the media charge. You will never be charged both in a transaction.
