(3) Page 127, Table 41: Change Diameter of bolt holes for 2 9 / 16 (in) 138,0 MPa flange from 36 to 35 mm. Should agree with tables 36, 37, 38, 43, and 45; 35mm was chosen as the standard hole diameter for 1 1 / 4 (in) bolts. *(4) Page 133, Table 44: Remove < 42,1 dimension from left side of flange and reinstate 31,8 dimension from right side, as in 10423:2001 / 6A 18 th. Should agree with corrected value of 210 mm used for 4 1 / 16 (in), which has identical flange dimensions.

(Delete < symbol.) Error of adding < symbol occurred in adding 5 1 / 8 (in) 103,5 MPa flange. There are no flanges smaller than 1 13 / 16, so < 1 13 / 16 could be read to exclude all 103,5 MPa connections from using GR B7M and GR L7M bolting. (8) Page 151, Table 51: Change Width of ring, dimension A, for RX 25 from 8,73 to 8,74 mm. Should agree with corrected value of 8,74 mm for RX 20 (dimension A). The < 1,66 dimension applies only to Table B.45. *(18) Page 335, subclause G.5.2.1: Change last sentence of G to add or G Sentence should then read as follows: Derated yield strength may be determined by one of the methods given in G or G This is an editorial error introduced in 10423:2001. API 6A 17 th Edition, G5.2 stated, Derated yield strength may be determined by one of the following methods. The phrase following methods was intended to include the remainder of Appendix G, both the

4 Page 4 of 5 (19) Page 349, Table J.1: elevated temperature testing methods of G5.2.1 (two given) and the use of reference sources described in G5.2.2 (two given). As worded, ISO implies that only the high-temperature material testing can be used, that the reference sources of G could not be used to obtain derating factors for materials. If that had been intended, there would be no reason to include subclause G in the standard. In first six lines below the column headings, remove to be, to change Equipment to be identified as to Equipment identified as (six places) Errors appeared in 10423:2001 / 6A 18 th as well. Reference is to existing equipment identification, not new identification added in remanufacture. (20) Page 349, Table J.1: In RL 1 column, add x to line 4: Equipment identified as originally manufactured as API Spec 14D, or ASME SPPE 1, and to line 7: Design status acceptable. Errors appeared in 10423:2001 / 6A 18 th as well. Equipment suitable for RL2 should be marked as suitable for RL 1. (21) Page 360, J.8.1: In last sentence, change orignal to original. Typo. (22) Page 362, Table K.1: In NOTE at bottom of table, change material class DD, EE, FF, HH, having a yield strength of to material class DD, EE, FF, or HH, having a minimum yield strength of Errors appeared in 10423:2001 / 6A 18 th as well. Without or the note implies that material must be suitable for all of material classes DD-HH. Also, the yield strength of 517 MPa is a minimum, not an exact value. *(23) Page 364, Figure K.1 & page 368, Figure K.2: Change length L to be shown as the depth of the internal bore J, not the length of the o.d. thread. Errors appeared in 10423:2001 / 6A 18 th as well.

The correct conversion of inch is 28,6 mm. *(25) Page 389, Figure L.9: Change diameter of groove below hex from 1,25 + 0,015 to 1, ,015. Typo - error appeared in 10423:2001 / 6A 18 th as well. The hex and the groove should be the same for VR plugs (13,8 through 69,0 MPa) and HPVR plugs (103,5 and 138,0 MPa).
