TRAY PREPARATION Each tray is designed specifically for the instruments within it, providing individual locations for each one. This protects them from harming the technician, from damaging themselves and from puncturing or jeopardizing the integrity of the sterile barrier. STERILIZATION A large amount of perforations in our trays provide superior sterilant penetration. Many of our silicone parts are also designed with minimal contact points and ventilation in each slot that match our tray holes to improve sterilant penetration to each individual instrument. TRANSPORTATION Soft and durable silicone holders in the base and cover secure instruments to prevent shifting and provide 360 degrees of protection.
