Delivery should be done within sixty (60) calendar days commencing on the 3rd working day of notification through confirmed fax that the approved Purchase Order / Contract is already available for pick-up. 8. Two (2) years comprehensive warranty. This include at least four (4) preventive maintenance per year and unlimited corrective maintenance per year and unlimited corrective maintenance and parts. 9. Warranty period shall commence from the date of acceptance by the end-user. 10. Automatic provision of a functioning service unit during the warranty period (same model) in case of repair of the purchased unit within seventy two (72) hours of notification. 11. Must guarantee than any new software updates will be installed and included during the scope of warranty. 12. Availability of service neigneers (Certified factory trained on service and repair). One service engineer must be available locally to provide quick 24/7 on-site support with guaranteed uptime 48 hours. Certification must be provided. 13. List of factory-trained local engieners with certificate of training in handling the specific machine from the manufacturer must be submitted. 14. Guarantee letter from the manufacturer and local distributor to ensure availability of supplies, parts and accessories in the Philippines for the next ten (10) years. 15. Must provide a separate quotation fo the maintenance, repair and replacement of parts after the warranty. 16. Must provide at least three (3) installations within Metro Manila including contact persons and contact number/s. Include service centers. 17. Must include on-site technical training for two (2) biomedical staff from the Office of the Engineering and Technical Services (OETS) and at least two (2) operating room nurses. Duration of training will depend on the recommendation of the winning bidder. 18. Must also include on-site training for use to at least four (4) end-users. 19. Provide certificate of performance evaluation from other hospitals in the Philippines. 20. Certificate of the unit that it conforms to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Standards or its equivalent 21. Certificate of demonstration including the brand and model being offered must be submitted. 22. Include technical specifications (brochure / catalogue). 23. The winning bidder must provide original and hard copy of operators and service manuals upon delivery. 24. The bidder guarantees that the bid offer is the lowest price in the market. 25. All certifications (#4, #5 and #6) required in the Terms & Conditions shall be placed in the Envelope 1 (Technical Component). 26. The bidder is required to submit single bid for the item.
