My guess was the kids would suc umb first but as it turns out kids are more resistanc t. But overall they all turned very fast. One const ant though... all the dead subjects rise up and start eating eve rything else alive... In this instance, the mother turned fir st and started to eat her kids. Fascinating!

13 Desiccated, emaciated, they keep intact the men s hope : that of a life of eternal youth, rocked by such a perfect love, that they would ask for nothing else. For eternity. According to legend, it is a night when the aquilon carries in its bursts the call of the lake. Only those who live among the roots of millennial trees can hear it. The living, they count, calculate, estimate only to be mistaken evening, month or year. The only certainty left are visible marks on the stones and bark of trees: that night, the dead come out of their graves. They are heading towards the lake in hopes of counting among them the chosen one, who will allow them to access a better world. It is even said that some would be buried in Gavaulon hoping to return one day to the perfect life they never had.
