E4H 4N8 Dear Quilter/Contributor The 40 th Quilt Show and Sale will be held July 12 16, 2016 at the Albert County Museum. Proceeds from the Sale are used for funding projects at the Museum. Registration Forms and Fees MUST be POSTMARKED or DELIVERED to the above address or the Museum ON OR BEFORE June 10, Late entries cannot be accepted. Cheques for registration fees to be made payable to A.C.H.S. Quilt Show & Sale. Registration Forms are available ON-LINE in PDF form at You can run off copies of the forms and mail them in with your payment or fill out the form sections that pertain to you and return them by with your credit card payment and save the postage! Your credit card receipt will be given to you on July 11. First 110 quilts registered are accepted. Limit of 10 quilts per person. Accompanying pictures (max 4 x6 ) to be pre-bagged (zip-lock or sandwich) and attached to quilt or article. PLEASE STATE ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS (in inches) ON FORMS Registration Fees: $5.00 per Quilt $2.00 per Quilt Top, Crib & Lap Quilts, and each Finished Items or Afghan priced $25.00 and over. There is no registration fee charged on items priced under $ PLEASE NOTE: Minimum price for finished items is $5.00 per unit. Please group any articles of lesser value. You set the SELLING PRICE on all items. Substitutions for items registered cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Vintage articles will not be accepted. COMMISSIONS: 15% commission will be withheld from the SELLING PRICE on each item priced $25.00 and over that is sold. 20% commission will be withheld from the SELLING PRICE on each item priced under $25.00 that is sold. All items for the Sale to be delivered to the Hopewell Cape Community Hall, at the Albert County Museum, 3940 Rt. 114, Hopewell Cape, N.B. on Monday, July 11 th from 2 to 6 p.m. Unsold items must be picked up on Saturday, July 16 th from 6:30 to 7:00p.m. Please inspect your items thoroughly before bringing them in. It is our obligation to point out to purchasers any stains or flaws on the quilts and other articles. Items will be inspected when brought in on July 11 th.
