Pricing is only for those attending the 2016 convention and who pre-order merchandise and pay for it by August 30 th. First person who has paid gets the item as some stock is very limited. All sales are final. First person paid will be the one whose order is confirmed. No refunds on T-shirts. Please measure carefully when ordering. Some quantities are very limited. You must include your membership number and use your # when asking to collect your item. I understand that I am responsible for payment in full, in advance, and my item(s) will be available for pick-up from Melanie or Lynda at the registration desk on Thursday from 3-4pm and on Friday from 9-10 only. If you are unable to collect your items during these times, please arrange to have someone else collect your items on your behalf. You must provide your copy of your invoice/receipt. Any items not collected during these times will be mailed after convention and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling expenses at a minimum of $5.00/package.
